Oak Grove Courts

This is my second time living in these apartments - it wasn't so great about 4 or 5 years ago, but when I was looking for a new place a couple months ago I was surprised to see "Oak Grove Courts" with this entirely new look, so I thought I'd check it out because I really liked the location. I was pleased to see all the positive changes, I could tell he staff has worked hard to turn this place around.

Been here one year. Watched the property completely transform during that time. Wish I had before pictures, I didn't realize how much better it was going to look, and how much better I would feel living here.

I’ve never applied for an apartment before and from the moment I’ve met management they’ve been respectful and helpful. Easy decision to give them 5 stars.

I’m usually not the one to really write a review but I have been living here for about 6 months and really love it here. The staff especially is super nice and understanding. If I ever have any issues, maintenance is here within an hour which I really appreciate. The apartment itself is very clean and very homey. If you’re looking for a nice apartment at a nice price I highly recommend these apartments.

Staff is great - our door all of a sudden stopped shutting properly, I called expecting them to get to it hopefully the next day, but expecting 2 or 3 days - but they sent their maintenance guy over within 30 minutes, and he had it fixed within an hour. I was so impressed, I had to write a review!

Loved my visit to Oak Grove Courts! The apartments were great, and Mrs. Marie truly impressed. Knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy.

I like that the neighborhood is basically at the end of the road, there's no through traffic and it's fairly quiet and peaceful. Everyone's generally friendly and the staff really seems to try to do their best to make it a good place to live.

Just moved in, liking it all so far; the manager Marie has been great, very welcoming

Every place I've lived has had its issues, but I really like how responsive management has been here

Improving my rating to 5-stars - we used to have leaks on the inside walls of our bedroom, and patches / roof repairs only lasted a month or two. Now that the roofs have been replaced, we don't really have any maintenance issues.

I love the brightness of the buildings and doors from the new paint job, makes the whole neighborhood feel more cheerful

When I first came to see Marie about an apartment around 8 months ago, some teenagers in a car drove in with loud music, Marie dropped the conversation with me and went straight to their car and scolded them about being too loud and that it wasn't allowed in the neighborhood - the kids were shocked, but turned down their music and then drove away - hilarious! Marie came back and apologized to me, but I was just laughing too much! That sold me right then and there, this was the right place for me, she's always on top of that stuff!

I'll say the property looks great, so kudos to ownership, but it's really the staff that makes it a great place to live every day - Marie is friendly, responsive and respectful (although I've seen her be firm when she needs to be), and the maintenance staff really tries to get to any issues within 24hrs.

This place used to have a bad rap, but it's gotten so much better over time - much more peaceful place to live now, and better neighbors

It used to take a few extra days to get maintenance to fix issues - maybe they've caught up more on things and/or recent improvements have eliminated some maintenance issues, but they seem to be more on top of things now. No more complaints from me, thank you!

The staff really seems to like the tenants and are always trying to do right by them. At least that's what I feel from living here over a year now.

I'm happy to see that management has focused on the safety at the community. Feeling safe at night goes a long way.

I recently moved into one of the townhome units and I am impressed. At 1000 SF, feels very spacious and comfortable.

I've been here for about a year, and this summer they've done a lot of work to make the area look and feel better - new roofs and exterior paint and siding have just about transformed the entire neighborhood. Maintenance is very responsive as well. Thanks, and looking forward to an improved neighborhood!

I recently moved my daughter into this community. It is great to see that the property is well taken care of. I am sure she will enjoy her time here.

I've had a great experience at the community these last couple of months. I am grateful that all of the maintenance people are always willing to help out.
