Steeped in history and unique culture, Baltimore is among America’s most culturally-rich cities. Centuries spent as a major port city have contributed to a diverse mix of influences, resulting in the eclectic range of food and art found in Baltimore today. The relatively compact layout of the city makes life a bit easier for pedestrians and cyclists — it also means that, even though the city is home to over 600,000 people, it retains the feel of a much smaller community. The city’s neighborhoods display a huge degree of variety, ranging from rowhouses to high-rise apartments to charming suburban subdivisions.
It’s an excellent city for sports fans, with the Orioles and the Ravens representing Baltimore in the big leagues. The arts community is quite active in Baltimore as well, largely thanks to the Maryland Institute College of Art and the huge Artscape festival that draws thousands every May.

Property Ratings at Oak Hill Townhomes
They had mice traps in the office I just wanted to see for myself and it's dirty like every body say should call the health department on them it's sad
I put in an application and it sat for over a month. When I called for an update they would say my application was being processed or that the manger was in a meeting/not around. I was really patience with this place and they wasted my time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone base of my experience with management it was horrible.
They just want your application fee so they can tell you in three weeks that the the unit isn't available. On top of that they told my husband and I that it didn't matter how long I've been working and then denied us because i have been working for 6 months and I've been working three. They have bad communication you could never get in contact with Ashley and John knows nothing. They also have a mice problem you can see it on they're white board when you walk into the building(we were just gonna get a cat). Its not worth the 4 weeks application process.
This place is trash, the maintenance men suck. They do not want to work. And the front office is scarred to male them work. But they want the rent on time Every month or they will try to take you to court. O can't even get a dam a.c. filter...... Listen if you can do maintenance your self then this place would be okay but even then this place is trash. If someone said this was a great place they lied.
Nice size townhome for singles and small familys, centrally located close to shops and minutes from downtown
