Don’t let the photos fool you it’s pretty dirty there. Cockroaches all through the stairs and elevator. The carpet is filthy throughout the hallways. The first year I moved in they had a mice infestation. It lasted about four months. It was disgusting. They keep raising the rent but haven’t updated anything. All of the apartments are two floors which is nice but it’s way too overpriced for what you get. I can’t wait to move.

Please do not be fooled by the images you see online. This place is a filthy and dangerous dump. To start, the common areas are FILTHY. The walls need to be scrubbed and painted, the floors need a deep clean (or be completely replaced), and the stairwells constantly have trash laying around in them. There are also huge cockroaches laying in the hallways and stairs. The laundry facilities (which also contain the storage lockers for tenants) have a nasty, musty smell and there is mold festering on the floors and walls. To top it all off, there is a huge problem with gas leaks. The gas company has been called several times over the last few weeks to fix major gas leaks that cause the entire building (stairs, hallways, and apartment units) to fill up with gas. This is not only a huge risk for fire and explosion, but it's also a major health hazard for the tenants and their pets. The tenants should not be forced to pay this much per month and live in these unacceptable conditions. It's disgusting and dangerous. Please avoid this place like the plague if you can help it.

There apartments are over priced I went to see a complex 8/2022 cockroaches in the bathroom tub hallways stink elevator dirty exit sign falling off hallway walls carpet was nasty laundry room dirty washer machine over priced with raggedy stinky storage rooms complex was to small for the price and you have to pay all utilities not included in rent. The units are not available that they post they will take your money and say there not available than repost the unit again for a different price be aware. They just want your money. Go invest in a place that's worth it this is not the place to be that's why your loosing tenant's with them big roaches you have at oaklawn blue apartments. And your other complex got a rat infestation. People be aware don't let these old reviews fool you. This is the truth here.

Whoever the owner is does NOT fix amenities that you pay good money for. The elevator continues to break down and several tenants have gotten stuck in there. The laundry machines break down and they take their time to fix them. Intercom system doesn’t work. Rent is too high to not have consistently working amenities. RUN!

Believe the review about cockroaches. Just moved here about a month ago and it’s definitely cockroaches. They claimed a exterminator checked out my unit and boom i see another cockroach.First time it was in my sink. Now this time it was in my room. This is beyond unacceptable.

I’ve been calling for three weeks in regards to going to see an apartment. I sent an email advising I would be available to move in immediately to show urgency and I still have not gotten called or contacted. I am breaking my back to try and give these people money and they refuse to take it. Horrible way to do business especially when you’re advertising a large quantity of openings.

I moved in October 2020. I have seen cockroaches everywhere in the building the exterminator has been to the building three times within five months and still there are cockroaches everywhere. I have told the property manager several times and he doesn’t seem to think it’s a big deal. The maintenance guy never cleans the hallways are always extremely dirty.

I have called and emailed. They have yet to follow up regarding an application. Very disappointed.

Bad communication, leasing office has yet to reach out with more information regarding apartments. Don’t waste your time.

Took me ten days to find out I’m approved and none of the apartments I applied for are available even though the application says I’m the first one to apply. Phone support is rude, their website doesn’t clarify what they ACTUALLY have to rent so you’re better off NOT wasting your time ... They will waste your time.

Non professional staffing. Staff dose not even have any respect for anyone.
