Don’t rent in here! Horrible management, they don’t care about tenants at all. Horrible place .
We have been living here 10 years. Couple years ago management changed and everything gets worst. They don’t care people, problems and always against you. They have an arrangement with the towing company( probably getting percentage) Your car is towed even your L. Plate register over there; but your tag is fall down. Electric is the problem. All the lights is flickering like a candle light. We lost three (3) times tv and fixed it. When you let them know there is a big electric problem it may cause horrible things, their answer is they have insurance so what. No people’ life is matter for them. You cannot talk with them. Whoever you try to talk they are yelling at you, raise a voice and make them angry. If you raise your voice be ready to get the move notice. Their way to solve the problem. Never think to move here
DO NOT RENT HERE! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!WORST POSSIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX . They make you feel like an inconvenience. AND ARE UNBELIEVEABLY RUDE! The day I moved in, bedroom door had a hole in it, maintenance left cleaning supplies in the unit, shades/blinds were broken in all rooms, and mold in kitchen sink. These were repaired weeks to months after. Summer of 2017 there was a problem with wasps in my apartment. I contacted management and they told me they would have it taken care of. Two days later there were more wasps inside of my apartment unit. I called management again and they claimed they had pest control coming out that same day. That night, there were more wasps, as well as the day after. This past winter it was in the negatives outside and they were having boiler problem (seem like the usual there) and it was 55 degrees in my apartment. I had called emergency and then the next day maintenance came and said my thermostat was broke. they were supposed to come fix and never did. I called to follow up and they charged me $75 for calling and having them make sure my heat was working. Mind you I have two small children.
they harras their own tenants with disrespectful parking rules towing vehicles at $350. The lazy onsite maintenance is just monitoring guess and getting vehicles towed in less than a 1hr or so. Careless Management that talk back to upset tenants telling them to sue them.
