Property Ratings at Oak Park & Gulf Grove Apartments
Worst apartments ever. The hurricane was six months ago they still have not repaired the units. I live here now and I have four water leaks that smell like mildew the units with washer/dryer hookups don’t even work. Sad and disappointed that I even pay them rent. Would rather be homeless.
Do not move here. When you see the sign just keep driving. The management is horrible. The maintenance is management. They left me with a broken refrigerator for 4 months. They never fix anything. You will be waiting months.
first off the only good reviews you will see about this complex was written by the management of the complex that's sad when you cant actually have anybody write something decent so you have to make up your own reviews but the management does nothing unless the actual owner comes to look around then tommy and the rest act like they have been doing something for us and our community when in fact they do not care about any of us, they leave our grass uncut ,they never fix anything you can call and call send messages and nobody ever comes to do anything. This is literally the worst management ever they even make up rules as they go for all these new rules apparently were getting he needs to re type every tenants lease up and put them in the lease. They need to get somebody in here who will actually do a great job and take care of there tenants not treat them like crap and talk to you anyway they feel like you must have respect for others Tommy and the management have none I am talking with the owner Mike I have been taking pictures and videos of property.
THis place has certainly turned around since new management took over. I read some other bad reviews on other sites but with a little research I found that 90% of them had been evicted for non payment of rent. Public record at the court tells a lot about some people. I spoke to the current management about my concerns and they allowed me to sign a short term lease in order to feel the complex out without being stuck in for a year . I have been here 2 years now and I pay my rent on time and they have always taken care of me and any issues ( AC went out once and a leak under my sink) fast. Thank you Tommy for keeping this place safe and quiet. I love it here and would recommend it to everyone I can.
Fits living needs & spacious. Quiet & peaceful. Area meat beach, restaurants, & recreation.
