Property Ratings at Oak Pointe Apartments
Property Manager, Victoria, is the best!! Prior to move in day, our communication was fluent and spot on. When I discovered our living conditions to be unacceptable, she made it happen for me to move in early. The whole process was smooth and easy, thanks to Victoria! We have had no reason to contact her since moving in about a month ago since all is well. We feel blessed and grateful to be a part of the Oak Pointe Community!! It’s a great place to call home!
ABSOLUTELY and POSITIVELY HORRIBLE! I mean TERRIBLE!!!!!!! You would do better talking to Casper the ghost than attempting to reach anyone in the office for anything. Applied for an apartment with them this past Friday , nowhere in the US does it take more than 1-3 days for results to come back. I have been waiting, emailing, texting, calling... NOTHING! Not even a courtesy call to at least let me know that results aren’t in. My move out date is TOMORROW, new management here knew this and guess what? STILL NO CALL BACK, NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! I would NOT recommend . Do yourself a favor and find an apartment complex with some dignity and sense of urgency! Once again I would NOT RECOMMEND!
I absolutely love these apartments! They keep everything so clean and very well maintained! I feel extremely safe here. The staff are the most incredible people you will meet. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
It is so well maintained in and out, friendly, the staff manager Victoria, Tahnee ,Eddie and Chris are the best. Each one of them do an outstanding job. I just renewed my lease for my 6th year here I love this place. The complex is located right near 385 and has lots of shopping areas very close by. Whenever I have any problems Victoria the manager has always had them taken care of them in a timely, efficient and courtesy manner. When you meet, Victoria round the complex, she always greets you in a friendly , and up beat manner and asks if there is anything we need taken care or anything management can do for us. I have lived in about 8 apartment complexes over my life and I rate this the top of them.
My husband had a job offer here a year ago. We decided to move from our family (1 1/2 miles away). We had looked at several Apartment Communities. Oak Pointe was the third Community we visited. Immediately we knew this was our home. Victoria is amazing, friendly, honest and courteous professional young lady who made us feel right at home along with an outstanding staff whom are courteous and nice. Everyone does an outstanding job to meet our needs as Residents here at Oak Pointe. Victoria and the staff here treat you like family in my opinion which stands out! We have had Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner and we attended the Cookout during the summer. This was another special way of showing us Residents they appreciate us. As Residents we also have the opportunity to get to know everyone who live here through fellowship. My husband and I are very thankful to live in such a beautiful well maintained Community with an outstanding Manager and her staff. If you are looking for a place to live come visit Oak Pointe... I promise you will not be disappointed!!

I moved to Oakpointe because, I needed to be at a place where I could do alot of reading and writing. I have been here for a year I have been able to accomplish what I have purposed to do. The grounds are quiet and well kept also, the staff is always helpful. Why don't you come and see this place for yourself? It truly is the "natural way of living".
Moved out after encountering several issues....including bugs and mold. I was amazed at how the trash dumpster always seemed to overflow with things falling out and piled against them.....our downstairs neighbors smoked inside their apartment despite it being against the rules to do so and it always seemed to seep into our apartment. The smoke and mold made me and my family sick. Stay away. There are much better places to live for the rent they charge.
I recently moved to Oak Pointe Simpsonville and am truly impressed by the meticulous services provided by administration. They are prompt in responding, thorough professionals who deliver with a smile. Great manager and equally wonderful staff. Serenity in essence..... The Oak pointe apartments are located in Simpsonville. The apartments are medium size and kind of old. The unit is well maintained and the administration is really nice and caring. I specially like the storage room outside of the balcony and the dog park.
