I’ve lived at Oak Terrace before and it’s a homey place the neighbors are great and look out for one another and the apartments are very roomy, rent is priced right
I would most certainly recommend I like the diversity of the community we have here and the friendships and acquaintances Amy and her staff worked very hard to make sure that everything is safe and secure and that things are working properly that's important for a place called home
All the staff, office and field staff, are very people oriented and very helpful. We have only been here a month but have never met an unfriendly neighbor and this is a credit to the staff.
Amy was wonderful. She was very patient with us and made us feel right at home.

Amy was very friendly and answered all questions clearly. So I would recommend the place based on the way she treated us.
Good value, I love the little things like the light fixtures and the flooring in kitchen and entryway, i love the grounds.
Amy is great, she seems very willing to help she seems to really enjoy her job which I think is important and reflects well on the management company itself. I love that the community is small but the units are spacious, I appreciate the extra storage and the covered parking at no additional cost.
Amy was so nice and very helpful! I would definitely recommend friends/family to come talk to her if they are interested in an apartment. I also believe oak terrace is very nice, clean, and quiet apartment community which I would love to show friends/family!
Misty and Eddie are fantastic!!! They do my service requests in a timely manner and they are very pleasant individuals. I would recommend that anyone looking for an apartment should lease with Oak Terrace.
After owning a house for 40 years it’s nice just to kick back and let somebody else take care of the yard and the maintenance and be assured that your monthly outlay for housing expenses it’s basically the same no surprises
The prices are very good for the apartments, they have everything someone could ask for, the community is small and friendly and the leasing professional broke everything down for us to understand in the simplest way possible.
