Ephraim is a small suburban town in Sanpete County. The neighborhoods are calm and quiet most of the year. Known as Utah’s heart of Scandinavia, the town is extremely proud of its roots. In 1847, settlers constructed a fort that eventually became Ephraim.

irresponsible owner
The owner of these apartments is very irresponsible, he does not work with you to get things done if there’s a problem in the apartment. That being said he is a nice guy, but not manger material. He is hard to get a hold of, and gives off the vibes of he doesn’t want to be around or do his job. He takes months to get a washer or dryer fixed. The cost of living here could definitely be lowered.

Awesome place to live
This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, and I'm from Southern California. The owners are amazing, Jody is a great guy who genuinely cares about his tenants. And the fact that they accept pets is a huge plus!
