Property Ratings at Oak Tree Apartments
Wall are so thin that its impossible to sleep. One room has the AC unit so its loud. Management is terrible and doesn't respond in a timely manner. Rooms are like cardboard boxes. The elevator sucks and usually isnt working and the washing machines and dryers are of the lowest quality. Find another place even its more expensive cause this place isn't worth a penny. Im planning on moving out at the end of this year.
I am a current resident of Oak Tree Apartments, and I'd like to say that the living experience here has been horrible. None of the issues of the residents are handled in a timely, responsible and an effective manner that is expected of someone who is in-charge of an apartments that is inhabited by nearly 80 people. The walls are paper-thin meaning there is no privacy whatsoever between rooms and even different units. The quality of the washing machines and the dryers is deplorable, with anything slightly more than a bare bones medium load causing them to work very inefficiently. The whole concept of a 'bedroom' in these apartments is questionable as you just have a partition dividing an otherwise single room into two small tiny rooms often with no windows/ventilation. To make matters worse, there have been quite a few carbon monoxide leakage incidents of late, putting the lives of residents at peril. To top it all, the most annoying and terrible nuisance recently has been the water-cuts, lasting from as long as 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, causing severe inconvenience to the residents. The notice for such 'scheduled' cuts is very deceptively worded saying 'intermittent' water cuts lasting for a few hours but in reality lasting the full time. It has been nearly more than 30 days overall with such water cuts. The flimsy excuse given by the management is that some units are being 'renovated' leading to unavoidable water cuts. PS: Honest & Sincere Advice - Avoid this place at all costs. It might appear a bit cheaper on paper (Not anymore though) but spending a few bucks more at any other place would be a sureshot worthwhile investment !
Worst management possible. Does not know how to handle even smallest of stuff like lease agreements.
