Property Ratings at Oakdale Springs Apartments
I cant express enough, how grateful I am to be living here! Out of all the 10 or more apartments I toured I found this apartment to be the best! Yes the inside might not be all modern but the location, the office personal, the price, & the community is all I needed! The reason I chose this apartment is because I have my own entrance! Unless your coming to see me, no one else comes to my door! It's private! It is near food places, metro, and gas at walking distance! I'm a happy camper & that's what matters to me!
The grounds are beautiful and the neighbors have been kind as we just moved in and a couple of neighbors were kind enough to welcome us and wish us well.
Didn't clean or put snow melt down when it snowed! Trash cans never in the right place or closed in cage! Have to pay almost $44 just to pay ur rent on top of all the other expenses, doesn't accept nothing but cashier's check or pay online with the $44 charge! Guest have to register car to park in parking lot and they only can register 15 days so if you have 2 cars you have to pay for another parking spot.
Amen fortunate enough to call this my home! I am so happy to get to live In this friendly atmosphere! I lived in a different area of Colorado & the people weren't friendly or kind like they are here! The front office does little appreciation & kindness by putting snacks out & water for residents! They are open year round. I have my own entrance to my apartment & storage room also! They have a pool for summer, an excersize room too! So happy to be living here at the Oakdale spring apartments on lionstone Dr. near all these food places & 2 Walmarts!
I think the community is amazing friendly neighbors and fantastic staff, I couldn’t ask for a better move in experience!
Friendly staff made it easy to do paperwork and sign lease, so far we have no complaints, our home is small but comfortable and cozy. I love seeing all the doggies. The grounds are a bit dirty but other than that we are grateful for a place to call home.
Super nice community. Both, the residents and the staff have been very nice. Communication has been amazing. Quiet place and great atmosphere.
Super friendly staff! The thing I’m really enjoying is the community vibe, the people that live here are very nice and respectful. The amenities are amazing!
We ended up getting towed due to one of the office workers telling us to park in a numbered space. Upon move in several things were broken and the whole apartment smelled like cigarettes.
At first it was going really great, the attention, service and energy from everybody at the complex was phenomenal. However, that quickly changed once we moved in. We put in a maintenance request over 3 weeks ago and nobody has stopped by. We have tried putting more in with the office and online but the office is always closed and the online service doesn’t seem to be working.
It’s pretty quiet, kid friendly and I get an amazing view right from home, this place feels like home, even having the park here is extremely nice.
Peaceful and quiet. Pretty clean place all appliances work. Maintenance could be a little faster. They will work with you moving in. I have had no problems in the almost two months I have been here.
Has been nice. Parking is pretty bad unless you get a reserved spot. Management have been helpful and nice. Able to get in contact and talk to them no problem.
My move in went well and I was welcomed with open arms. The neighborhood around me is peaceful and quiet. The location is convenient and I love te amenities available.
Lionstone village is a very comfortable place to live. I had alot of good experiences here.
Excelente un magnífico hogar para vivir, muy tranquilo y agradable y buen confort volveré a renovar mi contrato y lo recomiendo a mis amistades
New resident love the community management is amazing made the move in process very easy for me I love my new place it definitely feels like home
I ve been here 20 years come march...and it's been very peaceful for me...it's changed management a few times...but I must say...it's been a great place to stay for me...as well for my kids and grandkids to visit!!!
The management is great with timely responses and keeping the residents in the loop with everything. The only thing I have a problem with are the cockroaches! Yes we are charged for monthly spraying, but I haven't seen it help too much since I live on the third floor
I have lived here for about 2 years. The parking situation is something else. If you have a visitor over make sure you register their car through register2park.com after they park their car in the limited guest spaces. That way your visitors don't get towed and end up having to pay 300 bucks. Also that convenience fee that you have to pay while also paying rent is crazy as well. I've liked living here despite those two things.
It's a wonderful community everyone is so nice, they speak to you, they help you out
It's a great little apartment complex with affordable apartments and thr staff are very nice and it's a well kept place.
I've been living at lionstone for 3 years now. The community is great and the residents are always very kind. They just put in the new washer and dryer unit into the apartment which was a very exciting update for me .
Very friendly and kind management and great move in experience. Alyssa and Samantha are very kind and were very helpful with helping us getting moved in.
Consistent miscommunication, abrupt changing of policies and a community of neighbors that are often blasting music at 3 am or stealing packages.
Es una área excelente, hay mucha limpieza en las áreas comunes, es un lugar tranquilo y seguro para todos, el plus de las lavadoras y secadora es excelente
I moved here a month ago. I love it here so far. My kids have the opportunity to be outside and drive their bikes or take a walk on the many little sidewalks without have to leave the apartment complex.
Horrible experience living here. The parking is outrageous, you have to pay for a decent parking spot or you’ll end up parking halfway across the complex & walking to your apartment. They’ve changed the way you pay rent multiple times, now we have to pay a 45$ convenience fee for online payments or buy your own cashiers check from your bank to pay rent. The dog park is never cleaned up, even a small puppy passed due to parvo. Not worth the monthly rent they’re asking for. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex.
This place was unexpected to come by and it’s so nice and cozy I’m gonna love it here with my family it’s gonna be great awesome fantastic swell.
Moving in was an easy decision and process! Alyssa immediately made us feel at home and got us into a place right away! We couldn’t be more thankful for such a great experience!
good priced rent, i get my own spot, i have a nice apartment. newly renovated apartments are the way to go! they also [provide 1 bed 1 bath.
Great community helpful. Will say maintenance is a bit long to fix your problems. only other thing is the shootings happening across the way. Makes us feel uneasy sometimes
Easy move in. The staff is available to answer questions and take care of you. The amenties are nice and clean. The laundry room is easy to use and not expensive
The parking is ridiculous here and the towing kinda sucks when they take forever to get here. I also don’t like how the gym is only open when the office is open…
Convenient access to gas, retail and groceries. Pretty quiet and clean place to call home. People here are pretty friendly and easy going. Very nice amenities.
Very peaceful community and calm nice people around here, a lot of stores near by, they feature in unit washer and dryer which is really nice
Friendly and helpful staff. Easy application process. Really nice amenities as well. Plus since I have been here they are continuing to make improvements
1.Entirely way to much trash and dog droppings floating around the property that needs to be picked up. 2. It's almost been a month on a service request I submitted and hasn't been addressed or response.
Every thing has been nice so far. Still waiting to have things done that we're supposed to be already completed tho. Given them the benefit of being busy.
We just moved in a week ago and everything was really smooth with getting our keys. The apartment is clean and everything is working pretty well so far
Excelente ubicación para todo gasolineras Walmart lavanderías disponibles a todas horas estacionamiento disponible con las nuevas normas vigilancia las 24 horas
I have been living here for years and had nothing but good experiences. I'm located close to work and to grocery stores. I do miss having all free parking instead of convenient parking you have to pay for
The office staff are very helpful. Maintenance is great. The worst part of this community are people not picking up after their dogs and throwing garbage on the ground.
My apartment is newly updated and nice. That’s where the good ends…. Office staff never responds to issues or concerns. Nothing is ever handled in a timely manner. The pool was only open for maybe half the season. That’s just the tip of the iceberg here.
Probably the worst apartments iv lived in ever in my life. When I moved here from texas they didn’t have my apt ready so I literally had to get a hotel for 2 days iv had to move apartments due to flooding, and basically had to beg for repairs. For awhile they weren’t doing anything but leaving a vacuum in my apt and not paying the extra electricity it took to run it. Management acts entitled and my cars been broken into twice since iv lived here. The on site security “really helps”… the updated parking shouldn’t be taken seriously you have residents literally double parking over lines just to save a spot for family members absolutely nothing is put together about this place.
The management’s is polite, they care about the people whom live there. The maintenance try their hardest to make sure that the property is well taken care of
All of the staff is very nice and the move in process was super easy. The whole application process only took one day. The complex is clean and quiet. The one thing I’d note is that whoever they hire to clean the empty apartments isn’t very thorough, so we had to a good deep clean before we moved in (:
My experience has been pretty good overall. There have been some minor situations that have occurred. Theft of packages is a real thing and it happens more often than not.
Nice place to live, management is friendly and helpful. Apartments are pretty quiet with a nice dog park and small fenced in patio yard area!
The apartment is fine. The main complaint I have is with the maintenance. Things seem to be put off a lot of the time. I had some flooring peel up and they came twice to look at it without resolving the problem. I've had to arrange the furniture in my living room in an awkward way to avoid doing any more damage to it. This is no way to live comfortably.
