It’s okay, not great.
I lived in 348 Oakhill for one year and it’s not too bad. It’s very affordable, but you pay for what you get. The laundry room is small and only has 2 machines, the rooms are VERY small, and there’s only one parking spot per unit. The distance to campus is great, but the place is not kept up very well. Very old and a bit dirty, but for college kids it’s great.
