Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at The Oakley
The management team doesn't seem to care. When you need a problem solved its never solved.
Nice Quite Affordable Apartment Complex with access to two major highways .
Horrible place to live at. Would not recommend st all. Have roaches day one of living here . Got rid of them some but came back and I keep my place spotless. Maintenance does not come out to fix anything when called , they wil mark work as complete but they do nothing . Side walks flood every time it rains .
I would not recommend living here. Property management company seems to be concerned more about how the community looks rather than making sure their well paying tenants are taken care of.
They never came in to my apartment to fix my flooring . so this apartment complex sucks . I still have roaches and they were supposed to keep coming in to treat but stopped when I returned back to work . I would not recommend Oakley to any one what so ever .
Runnnn. Don’t walk. Save your money and stress levels. Management NEVER answers their phone or returns calls, maintenance is seriously needed but never comes & if they do they don’t fix anything but close out the work orders like they have,Task Force was just on property to arrest a wanted felon whose out & back on property, gun shot’s recently fired, trash everywhere and Roaches everywhere-no matter how you keep your apartment. There are better places to live that cost the same & with Management that actually does their job
The property is covered with trash and big raccoons they leave the trash out for weeks and nobody comes to pick it up. Also the towing is absolutely ridiculous they gave us this website to register guest when they come to visit but turns out when you try to make a visit permit on the website the apartment name doesn’t even show up. I believe the towing company and apartments are in it together and will tow anybody and everyone for a quick buck. We have seen so many roaches and we pay a pest fee just for no one to come and spray. Also it’s so many different wasps as well. Oh yeah if you want hot water definitely don’t come here the water is always cold and they always turning off the water for repairs but when it comes back on still no hot water. RUN PLEASE IM SAVING YOU TIME AND MONEY!
Don’t move here. It’s over priced and everything is broken. They don’t fix anything and don’t expect a pool in the summer
I’ve been here 8 years. Each year it gets worse. I really enjoy the locatIon of the property but that’s about it.
This place might be cheap but its cheap for a reason honestly with everything you have to go through here it should be cheaper they turn off the hot water or all the water all together every week never answer the phone there’s roaches and worst of all they steal your money and play like its your fault the management company graystar dosent even care i try to email the regional and the actual company and never hear anything back runnnnnn dont come here you will regret it like i did and if you want to break your lease there going to charge you 200% of your rent plus a early relating fee and if u need any help the only person that can help you which is the manager is never there i left a note on her desk because she dosent respond to anything else and she didn’t even reply to that trust me you can find way better than this place i wish i could give them no star
A very nice apartment we are very happy, a few fixable items but overall a good experience
The overall experience here has been terrible. Poor communication, lots of hidden fees, too many apartment and tenant issues, amenities are never available, parking availability is bad, trash problem, lots of visibly broken down vehicles all over the property.
No maintenance at time, excuses a lot, everything in apartment is very old
I wouldn’t rent here as this company doesn’t not communicate at all. Urgent Work request are not fulfilled timely.
I would not recommend anyone to live at this complex and greystar is worse than the complex manager and staff. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up.
I lived here for 6 months and moved away. I lived on the back end (towards the forest). My car got broken into and raided. Told management and they didn’t do anything about it and told me to file a police report but that the apartments are generally safe? My friends car also got broken into one night. Additionally, I cleaned my apartment but never got my deposit returned. I didn’t even ask after I left because I didn’t want to look back.
I had an amazing experience at The Oakley. My tour with Mari was amazing and her customer service was so inviting and I was convinced to lease with her soon.

I moved here in the beginning of August & I'm absolutely loving my new apartment. It's spacious and the new renovations are everything. My kids love their new home. No bugs and the outside stays clean. I would highly recommend this property. Plus the ladies in the office are the ABSOLUTE BEST?????? they are always a big help ????

The property looks nice but that’s about it, takes them forever to fix anything!! My air goes out at least twice a week. My toilet runs and they have hidden fees. Do not rent here!!

We appreciate your helpful feedback. Our team apologizes for the wait to have your emergency maintenance request fulfill. During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are all trying to navigate and operate as normal as possible. We have new guidelines and procedures in place to limit the exposure to our staff and residents and we ask that you be patient with us during these uncertain times.
We have had a leak since day one when we moved in. When it rains, water pours in the livingroom and floods under the wall into the master bedroom. We let them know about this is April 2020 and its now almost July 2020. There is now black clusters of mold growing on our baseboards and who knows what in the walls. We have made countless calls to the office, put in multiple maintenance requests and nothing has been done. FINALLY , Edith the manager of the property came out to look at it and said it was mildew and they could fix it. She said she would call us before the end of the day to let us know the next steps as she looks for a contractor to do the work... we never heard from her again. DONT MOVE HERE! they dont care about you nor will they fix anything.

We reported water under our window after it rained in April 2020. Its now Jun 23 2020 and still nothing has been done after multiple calls to the office and multiple work order put in online with photos. Now the water goes under the wall into the master room and floodd the front half of the apartment. Mold is growing on baseboard and in the walls. DANGEROUS TO LIVE HERE! HEALTH RISKS

I love the new tubs and tile and the new windows! Oakley is definitely setting the bar high..
they should allow cats for free. your animals may drop dead from all the mice and roaches not to mention its inhumane to force someone to get a cat declawed? i dont even like cats. im always visiting my friend and she hates these place you might as well live under a bridge you will see less pests
The A/C can't keep our apt under 80 degrees because it's old. They basically just told us to suck it up because they aren't going to do anything about it. The only good thing about this complex is that it's right next to River Legacy Park. The park is awesome! It sports an 11 mile bike/hike trail, lots of picnic areas, several miles of concrete paths, and several playground areas. The parking is a total scam. There's not enough regular parking but there are a whole lot of covered spots that you have to pay extra to use. So as you're trying to find a spot anywhere near your apartment, you're driving by rows and rows of empty spots that you can't use without being towed. The office is often closed during their stated business hours. They've never answered the phone when I call since the day we moved in. We're really nice people who never complain. This is the first bad review I've ever given. We are really looking forward to moving.

When we moved into the Cedar Creek Apartments on the North side of Arlington. We where optimistic, even though we had already ran into some issues. When we signed our lease we were given our unit number and address so that we can transfer any relevant information over to our new home. On the day of our move in date, we were told that the unit where we intended to move into was already occupied. Problem? Not for Cedar Creek. They gave us a unit that was extremely close to the backside the complex. This would have not been a issue except the reason we wanted the first unit was because it's distance from the close by River Legacy Park which is home to hundreds of different wildlife ranging from snakes to bobcats and a occasional fox. I cannot begin to illustrate the issues we've had here being so close to the wooded area. It's one thing to have issues out of yours or anyone else's control. At the end of the day you can control the wildlife. People are an entirely different story. The leasing office at times is completely incapable of communicating with us on issues as simple as fixing a simple lock on our front door. ( which could have become a major issue) just this past week they finally fixed our garbage disposal Wichita we had put our work order in almost two months prior. Cedar Creek promotes two pools and a work out room. We currently can only use one pool wich is the smaller of the two in triple digit Texas heat. The work out room is the size of my small second bedroom. It sports a new treadmill, bike and a 40 inch flat screen. Overall these apartments aren't all that great. The unit itself is gets 3 stars out of 5. The parking here is a little wacky, with more paid covered spots than regular parking. The lack of communication, rude staff and combination of apartment complex issues I give Cedar Creek Apartments 2 stars out of 5.
always a plumbing problem, managment kinda rude. always a plumbing problem, managment kinda rude.
