I put in an application and paid the holding fee, it’s been about a month since I’ve heard any updates about the process. No one answers the phone or responds back to emails, if I knew it would take so much effort i wouldn’t have even tried giving it a chance

Don’t bother looking into Oaks if Out of State
Just called and spoke to a leasing consultant and was told there’s no online application and you can only apply by coming into their leasing office. Why this would even be a policy is mindboggling. Wouldn’t recommend looking into this place if you’re not from the area.

Don't bother calling!
I called the number provided on this listing within stated business hours and didn't get an answer left a message and it's been several days and my call hasn't got returned it seems like they want to play games, very unprofessional of a property management company it goes to show how they do business.

So annoyed.
Wish i can give 0 stars. I spent 3 weeks trying to get in contact with them. They don’t answer ANY phone calls, after leaving messages they DONT call you back. They don’t respond to messages or emails. Don’t even waste your time. Least they could do is open their office. Such a disappointment. Leaves me to wonder how it is for the tenants.
