Property Ratings at Oaks at Spring Valley
Well I been here for about 6 years me and my best friend has an apartment here and I can say the manager is real tough But I guess in a good way she keeps the place safe and. She not afraid to get out and pick up trash and. The only thing the was the kids was all way hitting my door with the ball and she went and told them can the go play in the field with the ball but I really love it here. Some don’t like her because she She is very strick but sometimes Strick is good
I wouldn’t even dare to give this apartment complex one star the manger lady who works here is THE WORST all the apartments have fleas due to stray cats in the complex . My sister used to live there and when she wanted to renew the lady denied her because my sister complained about the fleas that were biting her kids and the lady charged my sister in order for them to come and exterminate also for them to put tile instead of carpet . Just so she could keep the critter out . I know two other people in this complex and the cats continuously run into their apt and you have to figure out how to get it out . NOT smoke free. The complex will constantly smell like cigarettes and marijuana And the pool is always GROSS . And she only opens it when her family goes in other than that the gates remain locked. The manager pics favorites and doesn’t give you a parking passes. because we changed cars and are paying for a parking lot but she said “ i can’t give u a pass the stickers are too expensive for u to be exchanging your car to your liking “
This is a good place to live. Manager always keeping it safe and love how they are very family oriented. Been for almost a year and I have had no kind of problems. You need something for your apartment, the manager makes sure you have what you need. I highly recommend these apartments to live in.!!!!
My daughter has lived in these apt complex for several years. I think this a great place to live. I feel she Is protected and safe. The manager Ms. Barby Goes out of her way to get to know all tenants. Makes sure all gets fixed quickly and checks back to make sure all is done. Including at night I see her checking her property for thugs or vandalism. I hope my daughter stays here. Its nice to have her on property. Thanks Ms. Barby for all your attention. A concerned mother.
well i have been here for 10 years now and they have change managers about 3 time the last one was horrible the lady that is there now is pretty good work order get done quick some times depending on the problem the only problem is parking they need more parking !!!!!!!!!
My experience here was the worst. The apartments are located in an ok area and there is nothing bad about the apartments themselves but the leasing lady at the office is just the worst. She plays favorites with her tenants and she tells you she can only give you one pass for one car but she gives more to others so some of us were left to park at the theater up front which only got us towed several times. Finaly we complained enough that she took some passes back but when we tried to renew the contract for another year she denied us and kept making excuses even though we had everything and the reason was because she had already given our apartment to someone else.
