Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at Oaks of Arlington
This place changes managers and property owners way too much it's been 3 to 4 different management companies and at least half a dozen managers in a 1 year time span and they just keep getting worse and worse. This new "manager" has got to be the worst of them all by far nasty attitude smart backhanded comments and poor customer service she lacks professionalism and really needs to learn how to talk to people or LEAVE but I'm sure at this rate we'll have another owner/manager soon anyhow Here's to hoping! The apartments are very outdated and nowhere near worth what you pay everything needs to be updated to match the prices they have a PEST PROBLEM the amenities are non existent the pool is ALWAYS CLOSED but yet is the main thing advertised on all the sites, the irony. The neighborhood although quiet isn't very safe at night. The good is that MAINTENANCE! They maintenance is a 2 man crew and they are PHENOMENAL I've never seen better maintenance they everything in tip top shape they care about the property they keep it clean and they are literally the only positive thing about the place. As for the convenience of the location try getting through traffic to get to your residence when there is an event or game going on in the area. I guarantee you'll hate it then it's beyond frustrating. In a scale of 1 to 10 I'd have to give this property a solid 3.5 but maintenance alone easily boosts it to a solid OFF THE CHARTS it's kind of unfair to them to have to deal with all the bs and CONSTANT changes in management because they deserve better. They advertise the apartments a "luxury living" which is gaslighting because there is NOTHING luxury and I do mean NOTHING luxury about them. Don't believe me take a tour and talk to some residence get their opinions!
I've lived here for four years. Started in an apartment then moved to a townhouse as my need for more space increased. This community is fabulous!! Kim and Roy are a fantastic team. I've read horror stories about other complex management, bugs, noisy neighbors, etc. None of that here. Management is very welcoming and takes time out to talk to you. Maintenance is fast and gets the job done right. No bugs or critters at all. Very small gate community so a clown neighbor would stick out like a sore thumb. Location as respect to sporting events and amusement parks is excellent. If it were not for the fact that they've grown out of my price range I'd never leave.
This is the best maintained and quiet community I have ever lived in!!!! Kim the property manager is the best making sure everything is the way it needs to be very kind and always a delight to talk to!!!! Kim works very hard and has the best community in all Dallas Fort Worth area!!!!
I've lived at the oaks of Arlington for 3 years. I'm am extremely please with my stay here. The apartments are well taken care of, landscaping is beautiful. The neighbors are very friendly and management has always been very helpful when I needed. I highly recommend these apartments for family or singles. Either way is very nice and in an awesome location.
