The Oaks of League City

I have lived here for eight years and absolutely loved staying here! It gives quaint small community vibes . I felt very safe and at home the whole time. Kim, the property mgr is a gem and the best property I’ve ever had! Francisco and Natalia are also great and showed that my concerns were important and were always happy to help ! It’s a great place that felt like home for me for 8 years!

For one starting all over…this is a great apartment complex. It’s quiet, safe and kid/pet friendly! Never had any issues at all. The office staff and maintenance are great and take care of their residents.

This is a cozy little cute complex with great management. Any issue I have had maintenance fixed promptly. I have been here 4 years and my neighbors are awesome. This is definitely a nice place to call home.

Moving to a new place from out of state can be tough if you don't know the area your moving too. Once I found these apartments and inquired about them, I knew this was the place. After looking at about 3 other options these had everything I wanted. Price range, Location, clean property and units and also great customer service. Natalia helped me from the start and was very transparent and also made sure my first week and month was just like home. Submitting a ticket for maintenance was also completed within a 24 hour period from the request. Just an all around great system and staff along with the community of people who live here. I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a nice relaxing environment that's right in the middle of everything you need! 2 thumbs up!

I had problems with my neighbors who are always loud and I have been dealing it for many months. I moved in May of 2021. They like to come in and out at all hours of the evening and night. I got tired of it and called the office and spoke with Natalia, who suggested to start calling the League City police after 10 p.m curfew and that after so many police reports they would evict them and later said they couldn’t do that after all. The neighbors and myself are not happy, so the manager, Kim, offered another place to move to. Untimely, I’m getting inconvenienced due to the neighbors and also because the office could not do what they told me what to do. Also my hair straightener had been tripping the bathroom outlet for the last 3 weeks They fixed it the first few times, but not for the last week. I’m getting inconvenienced again because I have to move everything around the boxes because they refuse to fix it.

It's a small, quiet place. There is a nice playground area great to walk your dog or play with your child. The apartments are spacious with in-unit washer/dryer. The maintenance man Robert is very knowledgeable, efficient, and sweet! The office staff, Natalia and Kim are kind and always ready to help you out. This is a great place to live!

Great place to live! A small gated community under beautiful oak trees. Has everything you need. Kim the manager is very sweet and professional in everything she does.

The staff at the Oaks treat all the residents like family. Always willing to give a helping hand and solve problems quickly and efficiently. I know I can count on all the staff to resolve any issues that arise. The property is great. They take very good care of their apartments, pool, grounds, and take pride in their community.

I've lived here for 3 years & never considered leaving until I had to for my work location. This is a beautiful, quiet, safe, & affordable complex! I lived here alone for 2 years until my husband moved in & never felt unsafe. The manager Kim & maintenance lead Robert MAKE this place! I'm scared to move elsewhere because I don't know what I'll get & I've been so spoiled here at the Oaks. I can't say enough about this place. I did my research when moving here & have never regretted it & am honestly sad to leave. It's so clean, quiet, & quick to handle any maintenance or office necessities. They go over & above here & it feels like family. If you're anywhere near here I wouldn't live anywhere else!

Lived here 7 years and couldn't be happier. Operatons Manager, Kim, is delightful, friendly, professional and cares a great deal about the residents and the community. Living here is nit like living in an apartment complex, but more of a small sub-division. Robert in maintance is always quick to respond to any issues that may arise.

My husband and I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it! The management staff is fantastic and very easy to talk to! Maintenance was quick and efficiently fixed any of the problems we had. The property is small and quiet so you don't have to worry about loud kids or parties. Great place for a family! I wish we didn't have to leave.
