Property Ratings at Oaks on Monument
I have been living here for over two years and have waited months for one orders to be completed. I have maggots in my dishwasher. Black mold in my AC vents And I got a non-renewal because they refused to fix anything. They rather just move someone else in and let them suffer the way I do..
do NOT LIVE HERE. roaches EVERYWHERE. mold and horrible roaches crawling everywhere
Went to go see it the other day and the prices are way different from what’s being advertised here. I just left.
I've lived here for almost 3 years and it's been pretty uneventful I've had a few issues here and there but recently I had some damage done from the hurricane and they have worked with me to get that repaired .I would like to see some Landscaping done I'd like to see some tenants of shady character not be here anymore.. in the noise level go down, as well as loitering in the hallways that's a issue and seems to be on going but all in all it's not a bad place to live for the money
Bed bugs.bed bugs bed bugs because the carpets weren't cleaned prior to move in.
Worst apartments I lived in. Raises the rent every year very high and yet nothing is done to the property. No irrigation system so there's dead grass every where, There's always shopping carts all over the parking lots, loud hangouts at night. The place just looks run down nothing beautiful at all. Its an embarrassment to say you live here.
Just do yourself a favor and don't horrible management lady the maintenance guy doesn't do his job they charge way to much for rent trust these apartments are good for single people with no family if you are living on your own no kids you will be fine with living here drug dealers selling all types of drugs here and there is a pedophile residing there do yourself the favor and don't apartments are horrible they don't fix anything trust do yourself a favor or you will find yourself in a rut with this place paying crazy rent trust they add on 20 dollar for each person onto your rent for water
Don't move here when we first moved in our carpet was laid over hardwood floor that must of been caving in cause if we are playing with our children we can trip and fall we feel the indents my daughters room there's seems like green stuff building like they painted over and it gets cold in her room cause something is wrong with are vent in her room our balcony a screen is missing so bugs are able to get in and guess what all this stuff was like this the first day we moved we were just excited cause we just moved from new York and we were humble but since they never really fixed anything its getting worse. And 956.00 for 3bd 2bth is not worth it. This is a lawsuit cause its false advertisement its not in the 800 at all do yourself a favor don't be so quick be patient and just look for better
This place is terrible. There is no security and the gates don't even work. Ive had packages stolen from my door, my car broken into more then once and my family harrassed. The apartments themselves are worse. My floor in caving into the center and its become unsafe for my toddler. I'm afraid something is going to fall on her because it's not sitting level. I've called management who refuses to do anything. Their solution is that i move out and pay them thr hefty termination fees. Im stuck in the horrendous place until my lease is up. Save yourself the trouble and don't move here!
They are raising the rent like crazy. the apartment are bad and old . you literally can hear Everything no insulation at all. the staff changes so often you have no idea who the manager is. I highly do not recommend living here . Becareful bait and switch in rent ,as soon as your lease is up be prepared for A HUGE INCREASE .
My sister and I went to look at a studio or 1 BR apartment on Friday and we were told they were 100% full and they had nothing to show us. However, 25 years ago I was an apartment assistant manager and it is very hard to be at 100% capacity. I feel like the leasing agent did not want to show us anything. The website states they have a studio and a 1BR. OH WELL THERE LOSS.
The best apartment I've had yet, spacious, friendly neighbors, big pool, and lots of trees. Quiet yet perfect for young people like myself. Excellent 1b 1b apt.
I moved from Ohio to Florida where rent seems to be cheaper for the most part so finding an affordable apartment here was difficult. I found Moncler Landings online and looked into it because of the cheap price listed for a one bedroom. A standard unit is $625 for 630 sq ft. Way cheaper than the apartments surrounding it. When we came in the office, Nicole assisted us and assisted us through the entire process. She was super laid back and understanding. We viewed a 3 bedroom apartment since it was the only one available to look at and she explained everything that would be different about it. When we were able to view the one bedroom she was spot on and we were so happy we could finally find a place that is affordable for two young students with part time jobs. The building is 35 years old but it really doesn't seem like it, the maintenance kept up with it well. It's in an awesome area by all the necessities-gas, groceries, restaurants. The laundry facilities are equipped with really nice washer and dryers. The pool is beautiful too. After months of searching and waiting, we finally have somewhere to call home.
I love moncler landings, the office managers are always nice and on top of things. When ever I need anything fixed they send someone immediately. I am very pleased with everything here.
I live in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment is an averagely nice apartment.
I have been living in this apartment complex since April of this year. So far I have had a very good living experience in my 1 bedroom apartment. I may have to move to another part of town soon, but if I don't have too I will stay where I'm at now.
Falsely advertised my advice keep looking... I am a current resident and won't be renewing my lease... A lot goes on here that they don't tell anyone about...
