Fifteen miles north of Eugene, the community of Junction City is a slice of pure small-town Americana. Highway 99 passes through the city, forming the main commercial corridor—coffeehouses, specialty shops, and restaurants line the road, forming a walkable Downtown district full of popular hangouts. The local rental market features options for every lifestyle, largely made up of suburban houses and low-rise apartments.
The land surrounding the city is primarily composed of farmland, with Willamette and Siuslaw National Forests to the east and west. The annual Scandinavian Festival is the year’s most anticipated community event, attracting folks from all around the region every August. College sports fans will appreciate Junction City’s position on the main road between Eugene and Corvallis, the state’s two biggest university communities.

Property Ratings at Oakview Apartments
Lived here 5 years. Was a nice quiet lower income apartment complex. regular maintenance, clean, quiet. Then the last year or two there have been too many managers and assistant managers to count, They turned off the sprinklers, quiet landscaping, cut down half the trees, Can't have an Air Conditioner unless your in a unit its not visible even though they cut down all the trees and its 100 degrees out. The only plus WAS the price was right for the space, but they have been raising it every year. This year was $35 a month, and don't be late its a $75 late charge even if its your banks fault. A year free rent would be amazing, to save up and get the heck outta here!
