I moved here a week ago and my experience has been wonderful, the staff are always ready to help ant any time, very helpful, and the amenities are amazing!
Really love the building overall, the attention to detail, location, amenities, etc. Love our apartment and the high quality finishes and that the walls do a great job of absorbing sound. The only reason I have feel the building has not earned the 5 stars is the internet/ wifi situation. We have intermittent connection which causes distributions when working and no signal in the gym so hard to do our workout apps from our phones.
The place is beautiful. The location is undeniable because you have the best of both worlds: close to the historic King street with all the shops/restaurants and near DCA for travel purposes. The people are friendly, fun, knowledgeable, supportive, and human-centered. The price is competitive yet worth it, so join the Oakville community. The new gem of Alexandria!

absolutely incredible building and staff! Every person I’ve spoken to, from my wonderful leasing agent to the building maintenance workers, have gone above and beyond to be genuine and kind. The gym, clubrooms, courtyards, rooms, hallways, everything: gorgeous. The location can’t be beat either. I think I might be obsessed.

I already love it here at Oakville. It’s only been 2 weeks and I am so happy and pleased with the attention to detail and cleanliness of the building. The community and leasing consultants do a wonderful job to make sure you feel at home.

Everything is very nice but I wish that the parking garage, mail area and storage units were up and operable. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating and the place and area are amazing.

As soon as I moved elevators got broken .. takes me very long time to reach my apartment from a parking garage from north elevators … disappointed

Just moved in, and the Oakville team here has been amazing ( Morgan, Tomika, and Kerry)! Morgan and Tomika have went above and beyond assisting me with multiple questions I sent in emails or via phone call. They would get back to me usually same day, idk how because I know they’re slammed with other phone calls, tours, emails, and of course the building being new! All 3 ladies are extremely nice, helpful, and honestly genuine when it came to questions or information I was seeking. They’re an amazing team and I’m lucky to be in a community with members that are kind and diligent!

I enjoy the quality of the amenities and community events here! Peaceful living here but not too far from shops and restaurants. Staff and neighbours are friendly too.

I truly love it here and I feel like I picked the right place. Only a couple things bother me. 1) The blinds are soooo cheap. Cheap looking and cheap functioning. More modern blinds with the larger slats would have been a nice touch and I bet would last a lot longer. 2) 15 cups of coffee a month, with the price we pay for rent, this is insulting. We can't get one cup a day? Really? Every other apartment complex I visited was unlimited free coffee as much as you want! When I did my tour at Oakville I was told "free coffee" not "15 free cups a month". Other than that I love it here and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have really loved my time at Oakville so far. The staff have been extremely helpful, the place has been kept clean, and the amenities are superb. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing staff and amenities. Really enjoying living here! Apartments are spacious and kitchens have tons of storage. Gym is great and the building always have fun activities.

A new building, there are some kinks to work out, and some retail stores have yet to move in, but the building is great so far. Large courtyard and social events, nice gym, great lobby.
