Great Value
Compared to other apartments in the area, Oakwood's value is hard to beat. Everything is maintained and the grounds always look nice. The whole complex is very quiet, so if you want to avoid some of the craziness of living in a college town, then this may be the place for you. The owner, Ed, is also very responsive and accommodating.

Clean, reasonable price and nice location
I've lived here for 4 years and the only reason why I will move out is that I will graduate and move to Austin, Texas. I'll miss this apartment since I will not be able to find any apartment with this nice condition and reasonable price in Austin. The property owner, Ed, is very responsive and lets maintenance fix thing super quickly. He does care about keeping the complex nice and clean. The outer appearance and windows were renovated last year, so it looks even better and homey. All units are for singles and thus, the complex is very very quiet. I have always recommended this apartment to any single grad friends.

Great Apartment Complex
I have lived at this apartment complex for a full year, and have had a great experience. The complex is full of grad students, so it is nice and quiet. The grounds are always kept clean. You are always notified plenty of time in advance if someone will be coming into your apartment. Rent is cheap for living alone in a good sized place. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to live alone in a quiet environment!
