Oakwood Club Apartments

My wife and I visited Oakwood Apartments last week on our apartment search. We were in Spokane Valley touring some other complexes and stumbled upon Oakwood. We weren't sure if they'd be willing to take us on a tour on such short notice, but management was more than happy to accommodate us. Management was extremely friendly, very professional, and was able to answer every question that we had about the complex and amenities. I cannot recommend the property enough for both the apartments and property care staff.

I’ve lived here little over a year & absolutely love it!! Quiet & very kid friendly! Super reasonable pricing for rent & always there when you have a problem. Highly recommend living here. Little story my apartment flooded a couple months after I moved in Rebecca and Tim had maintenance on it fast!!! They also got someone to come in & clean my carpet haven’t had a problem since !

Oakwood Club is my first apartment after moving out of my parents place. The management has been nothing but nice, and maintenence has been prompt. The complex is kept clean, and there have been many improvements to the complex in the months that I have been here. I am in one of the older units, and can only complain about luxuries that you cannot get at this price. The covered parking, in unit washer and dryer and ample outside closet space is very much appreciated.

It’s a clean and quiet place to live. Neighbors are nice and the management is always great to work with.

Of the apartments I've lived in, I've found Oakwood Club to be the most reliable and consistent. I always know what to expect and there is a good deal of peace of mind in that. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained, residents are all held to an equal standard. The pool remains my favorite escape from hot summers and is kept in excellent condition.

Tim is awesome. I felt like all my needs were met and addressed. I wish all my renting experiences were like this. I am happy and well cared for.

Beautiful updated apartments! Good prices and pet fees are really reasonable! They really put effort in to making this place feel like home. They are constantly up keeping the yards, and parking lots etc. Friendly neighbors! Friendly management! Been living here for almost 3 years now and we’ve been enjoying it!

This apartment community setting has mature trees and well kept grounds. The apartment was very comfortable and offered all the amenities. I loved the fact that it is not serviced by Avista power. When we had a monster wind storm years ago, our power did not go down. Management was always helpful and consistent, unlike other properties I have lived where turnover of staff was problematic. Good place to live.

I've lived here for a little over a week. It's be very quiet here, even with the school out. I don't even notice the kids playing. I love having a large 3rd level front area to myself. I could put a full patio set out my front door. It was an easy application process and the staff is super friendly and will answer all your questions or concerns without hesitation.

We are very happy with our new apartment. Rebecca has been incredibly kind and welcoming, making the transition smooth. Although there was some miscommunication during the renting process, overall, we are very satisfied with our choice. The apartment is dog-friendly, and our dog loves the parks around here.

My girlfriend and I have been tenants for years here at Oakwood Club. Not only are the staff professional and friendly, my dog loves them!! We are proud to call Oakwood Club our home.

My fiancée and I have lived at Oakwood for just two full weeks, and it has been an amazing experience since. It is a quiet place, with well-mannered neighbors. The parking situation is one of the best in Spokane Valley—as far as apartments are concerned. On top of everything, the maintenance crew is super kind, helpful, and always aware when to ask what times work best for the tenant, when a work order needs to be performed.

This is an older place but it's managed very well. It's quiet and there's no parties. Much quieter than other places I've lived.

These are not new places but are reasonably priced. Very quiet too. No kids partying or parking lot drama. I recommend.

These apartments are in great condition and are tucked away in a nice and quiet part of the valley! Signing the lease and moving in was super easy thanks to Rebecca and the Oakwood staff.

This place is definitely worth the asking price the area it’s in is great. Absolutely love the design and layout. Works perfectly for me.

we were struggling to find a place we could afford, and oakwood club had everything we needed. the process was quick and easy, and the manager was super helpful. the community is also peaceful and quiet, which is what we needed.

I love the large grassy areas to walk my dog. Plenty dog stations too. The grounds are well maintained. They are swift with snow removal /prepping sidewalk-stairs. Maintenance team is great and timely.. the area and units are well lit. This apartment complex is very well managed.

I've lived here for awhile and it's quiet! Love how quiet it is. Love having my own carport space at no extra charge and particularly like how cheap the electric is. Management is very helpful and friendly. It's an older place but I love my apartment.

I’ve been living here for years now and don’t have a single complaint. Maintenance team is always quick to fix any issues. Management team is great they are stating to do events. Easter drawing for the kids and a Mother’s Day raffle. I unfortunately haven’t won yet but if they keep it up I might get lucky.

this is actually my second time living here. I lived here in 2019/2020 and had a great experience. no real issues, communication was good with management. now I'm back again. we've had a few maintenance requests since we have an older unit this time around but it has all been fixed very quickly. management, Tim and Rebecca have been very helpful throughout the move in process and we have not had any issues

The staff here are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet! The apartment I was shown was fantastic and hoping to move in asap! Everything felt warm and welcoming, absolutely looking forward to living there eventually

I have lived here for almost 2 years. Having to move to an apartment after living in a house for 30 years was a hard transition. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, it is addressed immediately. The complex is very well maintained, with snow removal and lawn care. I've heard some people complain about management but I feel like it's good they run a "tight ship". In doing so, the complex is safe, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Also, living here is affordable which is important in today's economy.

I rented this apartment unseen since I was moving from CA. I was very nervous, but the office mgr,Rebecca, walked me through everything step by step. I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was very clean and large rooms.

My name is Jake Roberts. My three sons and I have lived here for three years now. We are absolutely comfortable in our community at The Oakwood Club Apartments! It’s quiet, we feel safe, all of our neighbors are friendly and we all watch out for each other. The grounds are kept clean, maintained and well kept. The maintenance crew are quick to solve any problems which are very few being they’ve maintained the property properly. It’s affordable, we always have parking, the grounds are visible at night with proper lighting. Personal note to the staff: Tim, Rebecca, Matt and Daniel are top tier managers and caretakers! The location of this apartment is perfect, just a short drive (under 10 mins) to almost anything I need. Also, it is very affordable compared to similar apartments in the area. I've had no problems living here and would recommend it to others.

I’ve lived at Oakwood Club apartment complex for several years now and extremely happy here. They are affordable, the staff is very friendly, any maintenance concerns I’ve ever had were addressed and resolved right away and the apartments are very clean and kept up well. We have lived her since March 2020, it has been a pleasant experience. Got lucky to find this place during the pandemic. Staff is nice and helpful with maintenance. Spacious size apt. for price, some units even come with two decks/ in unit washer and dryer. You don't have to pay seperately for covered parking spot it is included in the rent. Plus if needing transportation a bus route is close by.

I have been here almost a year and have not had any problems. Rebecca and Tim have been very professional and nice every time I have talked to them. Maintenance keeps the property clean and looking good. They even had a coloring contest for the kids for Easter with great prizes. I'm glad I moved here.

These apartments are in an excellent location. Close to shopping, schools, grocery stores, etc. It has lots of grass for animals and kids to play. The pool is wonderful in the summer heat. The grounds are kept up nice and maintenance does an excellent job. Covered parking and back patios are handy as well. Plus it’s affordable.

It's clean, quite. I have neighbors on two sides on me and don't hear a peep from them. The maintenance people are always ready to help if they can. The best place I've lived in a long time.

I have lived here for eight years and really like it. I love all the outside space and maintenance is always quick to respond and fix stuff. Very happy living here.

I chose these apartments because it’s affordable. However I wish i would’ve spent the extra money. I have to have maintenance come out at least once a month to fix something new. There is constantly bugs in my apartment when I keep my windows closed all the time. The windows are so old bugs can get in I’ve found a total of 10 bees in my apartment so far. I clean constantly but I feel dirty due to all the bugs. I wouldn’t stay here!

Almost 6 months of living here and we have been very happy. The fireplace is awesome. Our neighbors have all been friendly and haven't had problems with any being loud or noisy. Of course we got a third floor apartment for 2 reasons: 1) It has the fireplace and 2) we don't have to hear people walking above us. I have been in our downstairs neighbor's apartment and can hear my little chihuahuas running all around when they get to playing...which is why we didn't want to be in the middle apartment. However, middle/bottom floor apartment issues apply to any apartment complex. This apartment has the best location -- close to everything. We can get to Spokane in a few minutes or Coeur d'Alene in a few minutes. We will probably be here until we buy a house. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay - especially if they have pets.

We are five members of a family who needed housing for a few years.oakwood club apartments was very pleased and just a short walk into town. We stayed on the bottom level so had a enternce to a great porch where we spent many hours running,relaxing and even exercising yoga. the management is wonderful and much attentive to the needs of the guests . The lower level studio apartment where we stayed was neat and furnished with everything we needed, wifi,soft beds, great drinking water, hot shower, tv, and access to a washing machine , the kitchen was fully furnished for preparing our meals. I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the floor and dock for coffee,cocktails, and just hanging out,the area is laid back and pet friendly . Getting to know the other tenants and the oakwood club apartments dogs were a unique treat, oakwood club apartments turned out to be a ideal setting for our stay I. Spokane valley, it was such a great happening . We would definitely suggest this unit for anyone looking for a quiet get a way

Oakwood Club Apartment Homes was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for an apartment in Spokane Valley. I was told that they loved their living experience there and so I decided to choose it. Fortunately I wasn't disappointed at all. Here I am close to all the necessary places such as shopping malls, restaurants, schools etc. It makes daily commute really easy. Moreover, the apartment community comes with easy access to freeways making everything much more convenient. The apartment I've been living at has some other impressive features such as air conditioning, a refrigerator, carpeted floors and other such things. Maintenance is on-call and on-site which keeps things quick. There's also a clubhouse in the community which brings the entertainment even closer. We stayed here last 1 years and with our 4 kids this home was perfect. They loved the pool and being able to go night swimming! The set up of the home was great with an open concept and everything you need to cook some meals. They provided a cooler that we were able to bring to the parks and we felt right at home! This home was perfect for us. They have everything we needed for our home away from home. We were close to the parks, shopping, and restaurants. The home was very clean as was the pool. It was so great to have our own pool for morning and night swims! Thank you for your hospitality and for sharing your home with us! Home is very clean and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool was nice for the day of rest before heading back home. The area in which the home is located is absolutely beautiful, with Beautiful Landscaping placed around the back yard. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future stay longterm to the area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

They gave me a list of the best apartments in Spokane, while I was visiting, and with more luxury features than most than I had previously seen. Reputable company with a great track record as well. I have recommended them to friends, and they never disappoint.

The location of the apartments is superb. The apartment itself was a good size, clean, well furnished and good value. Apartments have all the necessary amenities. Very relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, also has a dishwasher. The pool was beautiful and the apartment WOW everything you need was there. Quite a place and nearby restaurant were very good. The service at reception was impeccable, highly professional. I would highly recommend this apartment to stay in when living in Spokane Valley, Washington. My experience of Spokane Valley was even better than expected because of this apartment, location, transfers, special occasion packages, and friendless of the staff. We were very happy with our stay

I moved in with my cousins for a brief period due to the California fires. Had to relocate everything! I was very impressed moving to this side of the world. The apartments were nice and the views were awesome. I was wondering if I would have been uncomfortable living here for some time but there were plenty of great bars and restaurants to choose from. The management was also very helpful and responsive to a couple problems I had with my sink. Compared to California apartments they are amazing! The gym also helped me calm down and stay in routine l. This place was a great value for the price. I highly recommend for An amazing apartment in Spokane valley. Oakwood Apartments for the win!

I have been living at Oakwood Club for about 3 years. I haven't had too much issues with my experience. The property is located in a great area. It is really close to the highways, amenities, and stores. My commute time is about 6 minutes. The property is well maintained. It is always clean and well taken care of. I really like how spaced out everything is! It gives me privacy but yet I feel part of the community. My experience with the staff has been great. My work orders usually taken within 1 or 2 days. The maintenance staff performs a competent job and is quick. In general the staff is pretty responsive and friendly. The property switched management about a couple of years ago. The property has been getting upgraded recently. They have updated the fitness room, lobby area and other areas on the property. They are constantly working on the property to make it better. As a tenant it is nice to come to this type of community. One more thing about Oakwood Club is that we can pay our rent online. I just set everything up and don't worry about the rent. This is really convenient since I am forgetful person. I would recommend the property!

We stayed here end of July start of August. The Apartments is an excellent location convenient to all parks and attractions. This was by far the best vacation home I have ever stayed in. It was huge, cozy and spotless - everything that you look for in a vacation home. It was perfect. The street was quiet and well taken care of. The Apartments is very spacious with plenty of storage and excellent facilities all that you would need. The pool is get for those long days at the parks. This house was clean, nicely decorated, and offered a warm, cozy place to hang out on days we needed some down time. The pool was great, and the kids absolutely loved the convenience of having a pool right outside. It was a home from home, would highly recommend this Apartments. We would love to stay here the next time we visit Spokane Valley. Thank you!!!!

Avoid these apartments under any circumstances. Shoddy construction, regular car break ins, and the absolute rudest manager I have ever had the displeasure of encountering.
