Love the quiet! However the driving in parking lot is scary! Not many precautions, and that is a safety issue concern! Residents are not cleaning up bathroom duties by pets the way that they should since we have the amenities to keep the area clean

This is my second time living here at Falls Green. As always the office staff has been amazing and very helpful. Also, the buildings are kept clean on the inside and out plus the location is great too.

My new apartment is roomy and quiet...I barely hear the neighbors at all. The balcony is great, plenty of space for patio furniture. The community is friendly and so far I'm very happy here.

Move in was great! The management is very good. Apartments are old but done up really well. I drove a long way and was really pleased to find goodies for my first day which really went a long way!

My experience has been great overall. The maintenance teams responsive and are amazing. Also the cleaning team in the am keeps the grounds well kept. Management and front desk used to be really good, but they seem to have been lacking on standards. Front desk is always gone around 4-5 pm and people leave because they can pick up their mail. Also, management doesn’t communicate as well as before…had no idea the pool closed already this year.

After about a week, first impressions are good. The community (a mix of young adults and young families) seems active and friendly. The amenities are nice. I like seeing people at the pool, sport courts, and dog run. Apartments are recently renovated although the building is older. Even their cheaper apartments are nice, including mostly stainless steel appliances and wood-style vinyl flooring. More expensive units have nicer finishes, including granite countertops. It seems like maintenance intends to take care of every issue, down to replacing light bulbs. I haven't used maintenance yet, but my friend says they respond quickly. Downsides: Some tenants from before the complex was smoke-free continue to smoke inside, and the smell comes through vertically connected vents for some units. Limited ability to see the specific unit before signing a lease. If you care about natural light, check direction of windows on the map and pick higher floors to avoid trees and shadows.

Still love it so much here! The staff is the best part but the amenities are great too. Very dog friendly neighborhood and friendly people too. If you’re a young professional, I recommend it here bc of the activities available like trivia, paint and sip and even yoga classes.

Falls green is a wonderful community and makes my work commute a breeze! The property is always well kept, they just re did the entire parking lot and now the pool is open! They even have a little grocery store which is a huge bonus if your making something and think shoot! I need some butter, just a short walk next to the club house has most needs and the 2 people who work there are always so sweet. Highly recommended

I like how safe the mail room is and the gym is nice. One complaint I have is that there is no ventilation system in the bathroom so the rooms get humid after taking showers

Overall a pretty good experience. Management is a bit short staffed and can be disorganized at times (e.g., when I moved in, it took a week and a half before I could get a mailbox key. I had to ask several times before they were finally able to give one to me). The building I'm living in (507 Cedar) smells smokey when I first walk in, but my apartment doesn't smell smokey at all. The cupboards aren't in great condition, but other than that the unit is good. The real selling point of this property is the common areas. They're every bit as nice as the pictures show. The wifi is good enough in the main office that you can work from one of the tables there if you want (I've seen people do that before). Overall, I'm happy living here

This is by far a great place to live. the neighbours are super friendly and the community holds many event to meet up with your neighbours. There is a playground and barbeques in the courtyard so you can easily cook while you can keep an eye on your kids playing nearby!

This place is under constant construction and nothing actually gets better. There have been jackhammers and obnoxious noise regularly the whole time we’ve lived here.

Great location and good value for the area. The gym and pool are nice and maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly. The only issues I've had have been with other residents ignoring the smoking rules.

Parking area should be marked clearly near the recycle area as it is difficult to see in the dark. Outdated gas stove can be changed at least once in 5 years if rent is increased every year.After all, tenants are going to take with them when they leave. Also they can be charged, if they damage any new appliance. Maintenance staff is great and friendly.

So far so good, Sink broke the first day but already have someone coming to look into it. The community is kept nice and they are putting in good work into the pool so it will be open by the summer.

Experience has been good. Random gripes here and there but has been the best experience so far when I've tried living across random spots in NoVA. Kinda pricey and events are sparse/look boring but that's honestly it... Noise levels are great (low/quiet).

I’ve only been here for a week but I love how responsive staff is! I made a maintenance request and within a few hours they came to fix! The office staff is also very communicative and welcoming.

Very nice location close to great places and restaurants to visit downtown DC, not far from 2 international Airport's and alot of fantastic nightlife

Almost here a year now and it's become home very quick. Facilities are always clean, staff is amazing. The monthly events are fun and always different

No complaints after 3 months, a few timely maintenance issues being fixed, and seasonal changes affecting climate control limits. We are very happy to live at Falls Green.

Nice place and goodamenities . Building is a bit on the older side and it's next to a graveyard but I don't mind it. Good amount of parking space also and the room is pretty soundproof from the outside

I love living in Falls Green apartments. I originally moved in two years ago and lived in a studio apartment. I have now moved to a two-bedroom apartment and my roommate also loves our apartment.

I've lived in the Falls Green Community for over two years and have no intentions of moving elsewhere. The community is fantastic, with so many wonderful people here. I've become close with some of the residents here. I'm a huge fan of the relationship with Apartment Life. It definitely has brought the community together, and it absolutely got me out of my "shell", as this was my first time living on my own. The leasing office staff are phenomenal, always willing to answer any questions I may have. Further, they are always quick to determine the best solution for residents in the case of an unexpected emergency, which unfortunately has happened a couple of times in the course of my residence here. The maintenance staff are also phenomenal, They're very prompt at responding to maintenance requests, and they always try to ensure that our needs as residents are satisfied. I'd definitely recommend Falls Green to anyone potentially moving into the NOVA area!
