Forty-five minutes southeast of downtown Los Angeles, Anaheim is world-famous as the home of Disneyland, but the city’s charms extend far beyond the theme park gates. Yorba Regional Park provides a beautiful green space full of bike trails, foot paths, and athletic fields on the banks of the Santa Ana River. Venues like the Honda Center and the Anaheim Convention Center host major events year-round, from concerts to trade shows, and Angels baseball games at Angel Stadium are local favorites. The annual Halloween parade is one of the city’s oldest traditions, dating back to 1924.
And while going to Disneyland may be just an occasional treat for locals, one of the more popular entertainment and nightlife locations in the city is Downtown Disney, which includes dozens of specialty stores, restaurants of every flavor, bar and grills, clothing shops, and novelty entertainment venues like Build-a-Bear Workshop and ESPN Zone.

Property Ratings at Oasis Anaheim
Don't live here. This place is horrible. The office staff is not helpful and doesn't have a clue of what's going on around the complex. The common areas are filthy and covered in dog pee and dog poop on the walkways and in the elevators. Trash bins are also consistently over filled with trash laying all over the ground. Weed smell fills the hallways and parking garage consistently and makes it way into the apartments. Maintenance work orders are a consistent battle with work not being done and not being done correctly when they do. Maintenance is short staffed even through they say there are available 24/7 when they're not. The "security" company is never around and we never see them. Cars are constantly being broken into and "secure" doors are consistently broken and manipulated to stay open and unlocked. Security also never shows up when we have an issues. When we call we have also been told the company the office provided doesn't serve our complex. Yes the price may look good but don't be fooled by it. Not worth it!
I love the amenities and the maintenance team and leasing office people are very kind.
Matthew was amazing throughout the entire process leasing and after we moved in he made an effort to check in. Overall all the staff, amenities and location are superb!
Ive worked for a Greystar property before and lived at many other apartment complexes and the Oasis has been top out of all of them. You definitely get your moneys worth and its been such a relaxing, carefree, and genuinely fun environment.
I love this place and I am very happy with choosing the Oasis as my new home. Very nice and updated apartments, plus love the full size washers and dryers in the units. I am also very pleased with all the community amenities.
Everything is excellent except for parking. Extremely difficult to find visitor parking that had to pay for extra parking space which is also extreamly expensive.
We love living at The Oasis-it feels like we live in a resort!
What a terrible living experience we had here. The only good thing was that the interior of the apartment was comfortable. The community is loud. Music, shouting, railroad tracks nearby. There is no quiet time here. My infant daughter was woken up many times from literal shouting outside and loud music that was played anytime of day, any day of the week. During the week of the 4th of July, someone was lighting M80s in the courtyard outside our apartment. It sounded like gunshots outside of our window. The community is DIRTY. Ironically, when we moved in it was cleaner and when the pandemic began, it seems like maintenance thought that was a good excuse to clean up less. Trash and pet waste are all over. Sometimes more than a week would pass with no dog bags in the dispensers so residents would just leave dog waste behind. Security was another concern of mine. Cars were broken into left and right despite "24 hour security". It was a problem that was never resolved. Every couple of weeks we would get emails saying they are aware and were going to increase the level of security but nothing ever changed. On one occasion I happened to be awake on a weeknight at 3 am and I heard and saw the door handle to my front door being turned. I ran to the door and looked out the peephole to see a hooded man standing close to the door jiggling the handle. When my dog started barking he took off. Parking itself isn't a huge issue as there is a decent amount of street parking available nearby, however, the parking garage is a nightmare. People drive around the place like it's a race track. If you have pets or children with you, it will be unnerving walking to your vehicle. The last bummer for us was the lack of amenities. We moved in and within two weeks all amenities were closed either due to Covid restrictions or renovations. The pool was being renovated all summer. I understand that they have no control over the pandemic, but it was such a bummer to not get to use any of those through our entire year there. No concessions for the rent amount were offered, either. The amenities were the main reason we moved here from our non-luxury apartment complex, so to pay the extra cost and not get to use any of that stuff was a huge bummer. I would NOT recommend moving here, and if I could do it over again I would not have moved here.
NOT accomodating to the resident to provide comfort & happiness during times of the pandemic. Seems to have concern only about marketing appearance. Lacking good security; too many safety issues going on.
The Oasis has met all our expectations. We love the resort like feel and the layout of our apartment. The community is very respectful and it's very peaceful.
Living at the Oasis has been great. I have lived here for 3.5 years. The recent renovations are beautiful and the amenities are awesome! The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are fantastic! Tanya the property manager always helps me out with anything I need and Moises the maintenance manager is hardworking and dedicated and always keeps the community top notch clean and in working order! Love this place!
The community is lovely, the management is lacking as well as office staff. Have not returned calls or provide follow up.
Desafortunadamente ha sido un año muy difícil y más cuando The Crossing tarda tanto en abrir sus instalaciones recreativas
Our carbon monoxide alarm started beeping early in the AM and it is 40 feet high on the ceiling in our loft, we sent a request in at 7am that morning for someone to come out to disable or fix it and came home at 6pm with it still beeping. I called the overnight service letting them we needed somebody asap to get the beeping to stop and the lady on the overnight service line said she paged maintenance but they refuse to come out and said it can wait until the morning, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I've never had a maintenance team but so terrible and lazy. What is the point of an on-site overnight service if they refuse to work makes no sense. Now we have to get a hotel just so we can sleep THANKS CROSSINGS, THANK YOU FOR NOTHING
Had an issue with my door handle where my key kept jamming inside the lock. Brought to staffs attention and nothing occurred. Saw Maintenance working next door and asked if they could help out since sometimes I wouldn’t even be able to get inside my home. Moises went to get some tools he needed and got it down for me that day. Maintenance is always doing an amazing job. Thanks Moises. Staff needs improvement.
Visited the leasing office today on a whim for a tour of the community. My husband and I met with Adam and Tanya the managers of the property. They were both so accommodating with our last minute drop in. They took us on a tour of the community and Showed us all the different floor plans they had available. Adam explained all the amenities and showed us the pool, gym and all other common areas. When the tour was over we were introduced to Marcus who went over pricing and everything else we needed to know. The staff is very organized and knowledgeable. We left very happy. Can’t wait to
This place has really turned itself around. Things are getting done, I see improvements everyday and it’s really making me feel at home now. I love the new management staff and how involved they have been! Just the other night they had a taco truck come in and treat us! If things keep up the way they have been I’ll be staying for quite a while!
I have lived in this community for over a year and it’s never been better. Tanya and Adam really work hard to make living here so easy. I’m actually enjoying staying home. I can’t wait for the remodel! Keep up the good work !
All I can says is wow! I have lived here for quite some time and the new management is top notch. Tanya is so attentive and really knows her stuff. Adam is so communicative and a great help whenever we need something. Maintenance is always two thumbs up. There have been so many great changes to the community and we are just starting some new upgrades that I am pumped for. Can’t wait to see what great things are next! Keep up the great work!
Lived at the Crossing for almost 2 years now, and have seen many changes within those years. You can absolutely see the progression upwards in the property! With an amazing maintenance staff, and community management staff it makes living here as simple as you need it to be. The communication between the office and resident is absolutely amazing, they really will get down to the core issue and help you out. The community manager, Tanya, has been an immense upgrade to the community. After a few changes in the past, the really got lucky with her! An amazing pool, and hot tub to enjoy whenever residents would like. Parking is also very simple, especially for an Orange County apartment location. I currently have 3 total roommates and we all have assigned parking. No worries about ever having to find a random parking spot. Fantastic community.
This community is awesome! There is literally something to do for everyone here. The office staff have been on top of their game with everything and continue to wow me! They just recently even had an event for us to show their appreciation! There is security gates to keep out any intruders, patrol after hours to make you feel safe, and pet stations all around the community for people to clean up after their pets. This community is the perfect place to call home and it doesn't get much better.
First of all I have to say what a difference it is moving from my last apartment to The Crossing. I LOVE my new apartment! The apartments are beautiful inside! The staff is really kind and I can tell they truly care. I have seen many residents be rude to them and get mad at them for things out of their control and what bothers me most is the people trashing the property (throwing their trash in places other than the chutes or trash cans, letting their dogs poop and pee wherever and not cleaning it up, etc.) are the ones who complain about the property and staff. The property as a whole is very nice! We have a really pretty pool area which is well maintained. The pool and pool area are always very clean which I appreciate so much. Many of my old apartments slacked in this area so it’s nice to have a beautiful area to relax. I also love our BBQ areas! They’re perfect for warm nights and such a nice bonus! Along with the gym and outdoor fireplace! I love that we have a yoga room as well for stretching and doing other floor exercises. The gym is also always very clean and fresh. As a whole I truly love my experience of living at The Crossing.
Lived here for 2 years and within that time period have had 3 different management teams. At first it was fine then we noticed the changes. Pet rent increased without being notified, surprise! Oh then you pay more to continue living here than new residents pay, great deal. Forget about maintenence requests because that will take weeks. The one time we allowed the property team to come into our apartment when we were not home stuff just went missing. They blamed it on a 3rd party vendor and told us they would take care of it, but nothing happened. Don't let them fool you with anything regarding security. The gates work maybe 5% of the time and usually remain open. You key fob works intermittently and doesn't work on all the doors, great adventure when you find yourself locked out. The management states that they have patrol at night, but I've only seen them twice my entire time living here. The front doors are always left unlocked, I don't understand why if this is a "secure" facility. This is my first time living in a "secure" facility and it is also the first time that I had my car broken into and everything stolen.

Hello! We are truly sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction. We love what we do and we want for every customer to have the best possible experience. We have addressed the issues you've mentioned and have rolled out additional services to ensure it does not happen again. We have repaired all of the parking garage gates and put a new FOB system in placed to ensure all access points are up and running. Dog urine puddle marks up and down our hallway, trash overflowing from the cans, smells like weed most days here. Management doesn't care about noise complaints and takes forever to get back to you. Do not live here.

Visiting my buddy here and saw guy walking around and asked him some questions . And even though the dude was new, he knew his stuff and he actually got back to me with answers with some questions he didn’t know. I wasn’t even looking or lived there and he helped me out. Even talked about some football . Place is nice, like a vacation place. Keep it up bro, service like that is rare.

I encountered a gentleman putting up some apartments signs and he was able to answer my questions. Thank you Marcus for being so helpful and I hope to live here soon.

Hello! We are so glad Marcus was able to help you out! We pride ourselves in giving the best experience possible and love hearing when we have hit that mark. Thank you for the feedback and we will definitely be sharing this with Marcus! Best regards, The Crossing Management
I toured The Crossing apartments and absolutely fell in love with the property. Not only are the amenities wonderful, but the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The amenities are so luxurious. The 24 hour gym and pool area were my favorite, but what caught my attention was how clean the property was. I was so impressed! Nice job!
This apartment complex has one of the best rent prices in anahiem. The maintenance team are very kind and get things done fast. Special shoutout to Moises I had an unexpected leak and told him about it, he came right away as well as fixed a broken door. Thanks Moises!
The place itself is nice in a good location. However, straight up, if you move here you WILL FIGHT with the elevators. I'd say once every week or two they would be dead for a day or so. It was a common issue. Also, they are very very slow. Also the management staff cycle through every 4 weeks. Id say the entire staff changed over at least 5 times. Also they screw up all the time.
I would not live in these apartments again. The entire time I was there was a horrible experience. Their multiple low rated reviews speaks for itself. They advertise that it's a great place for people with dogs because they have a "dog park" which is actually just a small piece of grass. So there are a bunch of dogs in the complex that poop in the hallways and nobody picks it up for weeks. Or you will be kept up all night or woken up early in the morning because someone has put their dog out on the patio when they leave for work and it won't stop barking. The management does nothing about people with untrained dogs that bark non-stop. They don't seem to care about noise complaints in any sense because they allow people to have loud parties with their windows and doors open into the early morning and do nothing to discourage them. The security company hired for the complex also did nothing about noise complaints. The management somehow was unable to figure out how to operate the paging system for the elevators so every time I had someone over I had to walk down to get them instead of just paging them access into the elevator. The pool was always over chlorinated. The gym thermostat was always at 85 degrees. I could put up the loud noises, the poop in the hallways, the incompetence, the pool, and the gym. But the ultimate kicker is when I moved out. My lease clearly stated that there would be a cleaning fee "IF" the apartment needed to be cleaned. Nowhere did it state that it must be cleaned by a professional company. So I took the time myself to clean the apartment. Then they sent me a bill to clean the apartment. When I asked for the pictures they had on file of my apartment and why it needed to be cleaned again, they sent me pictures of an other apartment. So they didn't have pictures of my "dirty" apartment and were billing me for cleaning based off of someone else's apartment. When I tried to contact them about it, they never responded. They just sent my bill to a collection agency and I was forced to pay it in order to protect my credit. If you're looking for a place that smells like poop, with loud dogs, bad pool, hot gym, and incompetent and untrustworthy management, then look no further Another one star
While visiting a friend - I was taken back by some things I heard. I checked out some reviews before I visited as I am considering a second apartment in Orange County. As a pet owner, I could never consider living here if there is any possibility that the management would contact animal control on a tenant without first having attempted to contact the tenant - for sure you want documented attempts to contact the tenant. I read a review where the end result was a tenant having to have their dog euthanized.
Fantastic ammenities..close to Metro- freeway access..huge pool. movie room...party room. quiet..love it
Do you want to feel like you are on vacation every day? and wouldn't you like to call it your home? That is what the Crossing feels like. The perfect accommodations for your every day wants and needs. You will truly feel spoiled and pampered every day. Next to great shopping and restaurants. Beautiful Sparkling pools are to die for. Unlike any other apartments in the area. Get the best out of Anaheim here at the Crossing.
Great amenities and office staff :) ... Nice and clean! I have lived here for 2 years, no problems at all!
First point: Pat, Temp leasing agent did provide me with a tour of community and I have to say I was pretty disappointed considering the cost to live at The Crossing. Pat and I did a tour of community amenities and the 5th floor (apt #508 location) and there was garbage (Monster energy drink cans) on ledges, urine (odor) and dog (maybe cat) feces right in the middle of the walkway. Second point: When Pat and I returned back to her office, she took a call from a resident who had submitted a maintenance request (running toilet) the week prior to my visit and request still had not been addressed. This tells me that management and/or maintenance is not responsive to tenants needs. Final point: The elevators did not respond correctly to the buttons that Pat pushed to get to our designated location. To advise, I will not be making The Crossing my new home as tour of the community left a very bad taste in my mouth. I did express the above concerns via email with an agent and of course there were excuse after excuse, agent did state that he would follow up on the feces issue but we all know how that can go.
