Property Ratings at The Oasis Apartments
They make you pay a $30 valet trash fee even though the dumpster is 30 ft from your apartment. Also the dumpster overflows weekly.
Be prepared to have the gate broken more often than it's working in this "gated" community. Trash to be overflowing. The hot tub also broken more often that fixed. Your mail will constantly be getting broken into, and there's not enough package slots so when they do get delivered to your door they'll just get stolen off your porch. Because the water heater is on the balcony it will blow out any time it's windy (we live in Colorado, it's windy A LOT). Hope you enjoy coming home to an apartment that is under 30 degrees because the fan will just continue to blow in an attempt to warm it up - so also enjoy a high energy bill for a poorly built apartment. The fireplace also blows out when it's windy. Because they have a terrible resident portal, your automatic payment info will get deleted multiple times and instead of them telling you that your info may have been deleted, they'll just leave an eviction notice attached to your garage. Hope it's not windy, because they definitely don't email you or text you about it. You will be charged to replace carpets in apartments when it's just normal wear and tear so you can fund their already planned apartment renovations (you'll notice all the available apartments now have laminate wood flooring instead of carpet - this is a super unethical practice). These carpets were old to begin with, I put it in my move-in inspection form. Clearly they don't refer back to this form at move out. Basically, don't live here. You'll regret it. The single redeeming factor is how nice the 2 maintenance guys are. The management team, however, is incompetent.
We think Oasis is great. And the office and maintenance staff are courteous, responsive and knowledgeable.
The care and concern the office manager and staff have for the appearance of the entire community was wonderful. The upgraded paint effort was a significant improvement. Clearly a sign they care.

Well managed. Good apartments with a garage. But expensive.
Safe and homey. Nice windows and balconies and high ceilings. Great location close to parks and occ and Manitou and downtown.
It seems many of the renters were starting to have the same problem I had, so the maintenance staff knew right away what it was and offered no hesitation to work the problem. That sped the process.

I am very happy at Oasis, particularly loving the location. Very happy with the office and maintenance personnel. The deal with my concerns professionally, timely, and successfully, even during COVID. I am concerned that the Valet trash service will be adding a lot of $$ to my rent. Considering I live alone and travel often, I don't need that service showing up 5 days a week. I'm lucky I have trash 2x a month! Totally not interested in their online amenities. I have my own that fit my needs. I'm hoping to make Oasis my home for many years, but we will see if I can afford such unwanted amenities like Valet. Hoping there will be another option or adjustments for people like me.

As I’m writing this, our neighbor, who we share our bedroom wall with, is blasting music so loud that it’s shaking our bed. When he’s not blasting music, he’s screaming at the top of his lungs and is clearly not stable. Not only am I concerned for my safety, but there has been times where he is screaming from 6 am to 2am the next night. We have complained about him to the owners and people in the office, in person and through email. But like all the other reviews, nothing has been done. It has been about 6 months and each time, we are told that something will be done, but here we are. Honestly, the only good thing about this apartment is the maintenance workers and service. Any problem we have with the apartment has been fixed right away. Besides that, I definitely do not recommend these apartments, especially if you enjoy your peace and quiet.The parking is atrocious. If you get home past 6pm, good luck finding a parking spot even remotely close to your apartment. You may even have to park outside the gate or pay $50 for covered parking, but when someone parks in your spot, deal with it. Also, at any given moment they let random people inside your homes when you’re not there and upset your animals. And on top of that, you’re forced to accommodate yourself and your schedules for their crappy renovations. This is a luxury apartment until you look a little closer and see how badly it was put together. Sorry for the book, but just look into this apartment more before you move in or you might just end up writing angry reviews while your neighbor screams for no reason.

Federal (CDC and HUD) along with state and local laws, protections, and guidelines have been put in place due to COVID-19. Governor Polis's Protect Our Neighbors model hasn't changed the expectations Colorado has for behavioral health providers even during the COVID pandemic. The coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a new disease and what could happen can be overwhelming for some by causing strong emotions and anxiety for adults and children. We love the location and the apartment. We just aren't happy with not having the hot tub and secure package center, which was promised at our lease signing. >1 month broken hot tub is unacceptable. And maybe to help appreciate the theft of packages since we are unable to have them in the office, maybe a solution Is surveillance cameras. Then you'll also be able to figure out which neighbors don't pick up after their dogs.
As a senior citizen, it is a safety measure that I have an attached garage. I appreciate that the grounds are reasonably well kept and that the staff attempts to keep dumpsters tidy. I am bummed by careless residents who dump their trash on the floor and not in the dumpster.
Good place for a good price. Not exceptional about it but it does the job.
It is an expensive place to live, so I would not recommend it to everyone.
I have enjoyed my time here. Convenience to everything I need. Comfortable and quiet for the most part, but some noise from neighbors is expected.
Every member of the office was extremely pleasant to work with, and the neighbors walking around the community day to day are wonderfully polite to just stop and say hello to. Nicest place I've had the pleasure of living in so far.

The staff has been very helpful and made my move in easy. The neighbors seem very friendly and they all love dogs...a big plus. The maintenance crew responded quickly to my request and solved the problem in 15 mins. All in all I am happy here.
This is a great place to live. Other than the load traffic noise from Fillmore and the echo from the Camels Office Park, it is all good.
The community shows how well residents accept the place they call home . Very impressed with the feel of home represented by residents .

I would recommend this apartment community, but have no family in town and my friends are home owners. I have told people that I don'??t know so well how much I have appreciated Canyon Ranch apartment homes. The service requests have been done efficiently in a short time; all the people I met who work there very professional and friendly.

I urge anyone to think twice before considering residency at The Oasis Apartments or any complex managed by Steadfast Management. The company operates on a culture of deception designed to take advantage of its residents. The Oasis is not a safe complex to live in. Over the few months we were there, our mailboxes were vandalized and broken into. Items were stolen out of cars, we found syringes on the ground, and there are often homeless people who stay in the field next door. The complex is not as advertised, and the leasing staff are rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this complex, especially for the astronomical cost they charge for rent.
