Oasis At Memorial

Office staff needs CSR training and needs more education about their property. Property is okay but not all "amenities" are well maintained, can get same cheap crap at a much cheaper place than this, rent does not match unit or property. Easily answered questions do not exist with the office staff, might as well go talk to a tree.

It takes two Maintenance guys to screw in a light bulb. You see them ride around all day together and wonder why your work order hasn’t been started. You call the office they say they placed the work order but the maintenance guys say they never got it?? Bad communication between office & maintenance. In the summer this place is in trouble with AC if it takes two guys to fix!

From the leasing process to our signing, we were treated very good. All of the office staff made sure we were made feeling at home. We felt safe our time here. We retired and moved closer to our families, or we would have stayed here. My personal thanks to all of the staff here. Great job

I have had problems since day one along with everyone else, they can’t kept anything working and could care less to fix things in a timely manner. They would rather send you an email closing the case just to look good on their end for they’re bosses. When really I had never received my washer and dryer yet. They have issues with the pool once a month and it goes closed for a full week. It’s not heated year around as asvertised. And they have a gym, that has all of its equipment outside instead of indoor. Broken, with no timetable to be fixed. Now to the other stuff, sorrynits so long this place just needs to be called out for its lack of service, has gates broke and allows anyone and there mom to come in and car search or mess with peoples cars. No safety, and they also have more then half the storage garages rented out to a company. They do not reside there and for some reason work all day and all night making it really hard for the people in the back to get in or out. They literally have equipment in a whole set of storage garages and if you’re not lucky enuff to have a front apartment, well you have to deal with cars being parked with no parking spot and having to ask this company to please move they’re car EVERYDAY. Wouldn’t ask the manager about these problems as she will turn them on you and blame you for them. Also my apartment is as clean as can be, from what I’ve heard no one has received they’re deposit back. Which is concerning considering they probably just pocket the money and don’t have it come move out time... this is my fifth apartment and never would or have gave a rating under 4. We have had an infestation of centipedes, Rollie pollies, and other insects. We've had the staff spray, but nothing has helped. We have also been disappointed by the lack of care taken to the pool. Not happy.

If you're considering living in the Springs at Memorial, then don't. Don't let the nice facade fool you. This has been the worst apartment experience I've ever had - and I've had a lot. These are not "luxury" apartments. First, not every bedroom has a light. We moved into a two bedroom and they did not tell us that the second bedroom is not equipped with a light fixture. When we went to the girl who gave us the tour, she argued with us and told us that she'd told us about the light and that they aren't responsible for providing us with one. She said that we could buy our own light fixture and install it ourselves. We are two girls in our twenties who have no electrical knowledge. We had to spend the rest of our lease with no light in one of the bedrooms. Second, the buildings are very poorly made and the walls are incredibly thin. The appliances are by no means "top of the line." Third, the first week we moved in we were already experiencing issues with the air conditioning. We put in multiple service requests with a response of "needed more coolant" each time. After the third request (weeks later), they finally called a professional to fix the problem. Fourth, they've had several problems with the pool. It's built under a hill so if it rains the runoff fills the pool with mud and the pool has to be completely drained and refilled and treated. This takes weeks at a time. They make the two only maintenance guys deal with it instead of hiring a cleaning service. They have hundreds of units who pay thousands of dollars, you'd think they could spare more men or hire someone. Sixth, the onsight car wash is really just a covered parking space with a water hose. There is no soap and the water hose only trickles out water. Last but not least, this has been the worst management company I've ever lived with. The girls who work in the club house act like you're a huge inconvenience to them when you have a request. They are always in their offices on their cell phones and give rude answers when you ask anything. We are not resigning our lease because our rent was going to be raised $300 every month. These apartments are definitely not worth the price. Do not put your money into this poorly managed complex. You'd be much happier anywhere else.

I personally love Springs at Memorial. My husband and I moved in this April, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Apartments are beautiful and brand new, depending on which floor plan you are interested in you may be able to move into one that has not had a previous resident yet, that was how ours was. Tons of outlets, tons of storage, water pressure and water heater are great. Wonderful wall insulation, no noise problems for us. I absolutely love the decor of the apartments, my kitchen is amazing. The island has outlets and storage in it which is so so nice. The amenities are great, pool is beautiful, workout room is brand new with new equipment, free weights, yoga mats, two large tv's and each treadmill has its own small tv built in. Car and Dog washing station which is nice, a dog park. Overall incredibly dog friendly, lots of dogs around but they have so many doggy stations I have never had a problem with pet waste, that's a great compliment to my fellow residents as well, they take great care of their dogs. Office staff has been amazing for us, never had a problem. I would definitely recommend this Community to anyone in the OKC area, its close to the busy Quail Springs Mall area, but minus all the traffic we faced at our last place. Very easy to get out and onto the Killpatric Turnpike and then its easy to get anywhere! Check this place out :)

Went in to look at an apartment. They were very professional and definitely went the extra mile. Very nice apartments, but they do come with at a higher than average price. I can't afford them, but if you can, then this is the place for you. The trash situation sucked though

Moved in mid last year nothing but lies and problems with the new buildings, staff is rude, maintenence is lazy. Newer management is rude beyond belief. If you decide to live here they will find a reason to have a problem with you. Overall this apartment is over priced for the poor quality and the extra fees of some odd dollars taken out at random every month that are never explained are another shady aspect all in itself.

I would NOT recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. The office staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. I finally moved out because nothing they promised when I moved in ever happened. It is NOT gated, does not have a dog park, the pool wasn't open until November, and they lost my private financial information. The company only looks out for itself and couldn't care less that it screws you over. It's way too expensive for how little they provide. My air conditioner broke three times while living here because supposedly a company was called to fix it that never showed. This complex is not concerned about their resident's happiness, but rather how much money they can make off of you.

New construction is delayed & annoying at times but complex is beautiful. Apartment is brand new & very nice. Only lived here a couple days but staff has been great!

Management has been the best by far for the OKC area. I love the apartments! Their floor plan is awesome.
