Property Ratings at The Oasis at Pavilion Park Apartments
I did a lot of research before choosing this complex. So far I have no complaints. The move in process was quick and easy. The unit was clean and well kept. All maintenance request have been done and fixed the next day. The front office is responsive and will call you back if they miss your call. I was able to add a garage with ease. This is the place to live in Midland.
Property Manager at The Oasis at Pavilion Park Apartments, Responded To This Review
We're glad to hear that your experience at The Oasis at Pavilion Park Apartments has been so positive! It's great to know the move-in process was smooth and that our team has been responsive. Thanks for choosing us as your home in Midland - we appreciate having you here!
I have lived in these apartments for the past two years and have not had a single issue with them at all. The staff are very attentive, the maintenance team works to fix things very quickly, and the management team actually takes the time to learn your name and get to know you making the place seem very homey. The apartments are decently priced considering the area, amenities, and updated style within them as well. I truly appreciate that I found this place!
the oasis looks nice and fancy but was built incredibly cheap the shower looks like a prison shower the walls are literally thinner than paper put windows dont have a seal so they let in cold air in the winter like crazy and we pay for valet trash service yet on multiple occasions they was more than 3 trash bags at my step not because i put a lot of trash out but because it wasnt picked up for 3 days and theres no dumpster so i cant even throw it myself
My apartment is so beautiful! It is spacious, modern, and has great amenities. I love the open layout of my living room into the kitchen and the master bedroom that has it's own space away from the rest of the apartment. I would definitely recommend Oasis at Pavilion Park.
I contacted many properties in our search for the perfect home. Oasis was by far the friendliest, accommodating and affordable. The virtual/digital process was even better since I lived out of town.
Great management, maintenance, and communication. Clean amenities and good prices!
Wonderful property! The apartment layouts are great and the front office staff is wonderful!
I really like my apartment- I feel at home here. Office & Grounds staff is very friendly.
Beautiful apartments. Clean community and friendly staff. Wonderful amenities that are unfortunately restricted. We love our home over all.
I have loved living here. I have no complaints at all. It amazes me how quiet it is. I honestly dont even know if I have neighbors because it is so quiet. I have zero complaints. I worked with Kasey during my move in process, she made it so easy!
So far in I am very impressed with the level of commitment to making right any issues with my apartment and have met several office personnel and have always been treated professionally with the upmost respect. What a great community and the cleanliness of my move-in was above reproach. Excellent choice to make for your next home apartment.
It's a great place to live
I really like Oasis at Pavilion Park for several reasons: it was built recently, apartments are comfortable, common areas are nice, and the staff are very diligent and courteous.
I really like living here. Been in my two bedroom apartment for almost a year and plan on renewing. Love my kitchen! Huge sink and the granite is so pretty. Also, I've noticed new faces in the front office. They are so nice and accommodating! :)
Place is always dirty, ground keeper is non existent, front office personal are rude and unsympathetic, there is only one little bitty pool for the whole complex and it's always packed and dirty, management takes weeks to change a light bulb or change the ac filter. I moved in 4 months ago and I can't wait to move out.
