The parking is non existent! I’ve been towed 5 times in the last 2 years of living here !!! If you have guest forget about it they will tow your guest even if it’s just one night. If you don’t work a 9/5 this is not the place for you.

no parking, bad management lots of noise from the highway

Refer this place to someone you don't like, it will be an exceptional revenge. The administration is horrible, they don't do access control properly and they always stick stickers that I'm not a resident. If it were possible I would park the car inside my house. Go to a more organized place, you deserve it.
Awful management, they never answer the phone or reply any emails, they won’t care if you have any issue, they are only nice when you do tour. parking it’s a joke! There is never a spot and they tow your car for 300$ fee, guest only can stay 15 days. Parties at the pool and noisy neighbors.

We are committed to providing each and everyone with a positive experience and are proud of our track record in offering high-quality service. However, it does seem that we failed to meet your expectations. We apologize for this issue and hope you’ll reach out to Virna, our Manager, at 407.201.8389 / oasisatshinglecreek@bainbridgere.com to make this right.
Nice looking, that is where it ends. First parking is terrible, if you work late plan on walking half way across the complex, or do as most and park in a fire lane. Loud music, and drugs seem to be common place. Osceola Parkway traffic is loud, if you like listening to racing cars and motorcycles all day and night long, this is the place for you. Some racing going well over 100 MPH down Osceola, you will be surprised. Online Payment system has been down for two months, dust off your checkbook or get a money order and head to the office. The trash compactors, regularly has an enormous amount laying around, pilled high. The birds and other wildlife are happy. Floor and walls seem thin, doors in complex open outward, and have spring closers. Which for the most part you hear and feel slamming doors 24/7. I can’t wait for my lease to be up so I may leave. There has to be a better solution. Interaction with Management is fine. Just plan on going to the office. Don’t bother with calling….
Parking is horrible and the managements excuse is there are not enough parking spaces for the number of apartments but yet they charge an outdoor parking fee. On Call parking that is supposed to monitor it is a joke. Guests are using the resident spaces and residents that have a garage aren't parking in their garage or driveway. It is a free for all here no lease rules are enforced. Dog poop everywhere, trash is piled so high by the dumpster (not in dumpster)that there are flies, birds, and raccoons. It is completely smoke free community but there is all kinds of smoking going on and cigarette butts everywhere. The management does not answer the phone or emails. You ALWAYS have to go to the office and hope they are there. If you do talk to them about the problems they just make excuses and nothing ever gets done. They keep upping and adding additional charges when it comes time to renew. You pay for additional services but never get them. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations. Loud music and parties go on all hours of the night. All they care about here is the money and not building a community that people can call home. I have rented the majority of my life and never have lived somewhere that has such poor management and disregard for the residents. I hear comments from other residents how bad things are here all the time. Things just keep getting worse instead of better.
We're on our 7th management turnover in one year. Awful management, you can't get a hold of ANYONE. Very thin walls and windows. You can hear everyone outside/under/above and next to your apartment. They're anything but luxury and are going down hill quickly. Don't be fooled. Turn around QUICK. Plenty of other apartments in the area to consider.
Bad management, impossible to get ahold of them, then they lie just to take more money from you! Cute place, but not worth the headache when you try to leave. TRUST ME- don’t move there.
I needed a place to stay ASAP as i was relocating for my job. Henry was wonderful and helped me find the right home for my husband and I. The floor plans and property are gorgeous.
I’ve live here since I moved to Florida 5 months ago and it’s a beautiful place; the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the amenities that they provide and clean they keep the property. I personally like it so if your looking for a place to live you should give them a visit. You could enjoy a nice BBQ by the pool.
I’m an original tenant of Altis and all I can say—is I love living here and would choose no other location. First, the location is ideal and say access to all the major toll roads. Second, the staff is courteous and attentive to the residents needs. The staff takes great pride of the property and it is top notch! It is very safe, clean and well maintained property. When moving into a property it important to use the criteria of safety, cleanliness and staff that care about the property. When you rent you do not own the property and just like all locations there are rules once you sign a lease. Some residents abuse those rules which is wrong as you do not own the property. That said, the staff continually looks to service the property to keep it well maintained and safe which is critical when looking for a luxury apartment. Highly recommend and will not move from here—it’s a gem!!!! I give 6 stars!!!!
Poorly constructed buildings that allow you to hear your neighbors. Loud music can be heard through the walls as if you’re at a concert. People leave trash out at the bottom of the stairs at all times of day. Was told a maintenance order would be put in when I moved in and no one ever showed up to fix what was broken when I moved in.
Staff was so nice when I first visited. After that, no one has listened to anything I say or ask for. Key fobs don't work, nails sticking out of the floor, and more and they blame it on "continued construction". You shouldn't have moved people in if the apartments aren't ready. They advertise new engineering that prevents "noisy neighbors"....that is the biggest lie. Spending so much money on a "new" apartment and have had nothing but headaches and problems.
My husband and I toured the property in February and actually really liked it. We were willing to give up a few things we felt were lacking in the actual apartment, like kitchen counter space and luxury bathrooms in exchange for a very nice garage and what appeared to be some amazing amenities. We had actually settled on and applied for the apartment the day after touring. We were in communication with the staff frequently before the tour, confirming our appointment and ensuring we knew where to go. We were able to reach the staff to confirm the apartment we wanted to place on the application correctly. However, after we submitted our $250 application fees we experienced a major drop off in communication. The online portal stated we would be notified by phone in 3 days if the application was accepted. The day of the application the same staff member we had been in contact with requested some additional information which I sent. They then told me the received it and would be out of the office for a few days but would complete my application that Saturday. I heard nothing else until that Monday. Another staff member who I hadn't met yet asked for some additional documentation from me. I sent it and he told me it was received and sent me a form to sign regarding the ongoing construction on the property. My husband and I signed it and sent it back, that's when communication completely stopped. We didn't receive a "Thanks, I got your form" email or anything. We waited an additional 6 days and heard nothing at all. I finally sent a "just checking in" email to the original staff member we were working with and still no response. Finally, we waited another 4 days and finally called the office number. Our call was answered and we were told "Yeah, your application was accepted. I'm going to sent you your welcome letter by the end of the day." We waited all day and again nothing. In this time my husband and I reviewed the other apartment complex we were originally torn between and choose to go with them instead. It's really a shame because I feel this place would have been very nice to live in and could have been an awesome community but I have lost confidence that if there is an issue I would be able to reach someone to correct it.
As a current tenant, the best way to describe the place thus far is a ton of false promises. I do understand the exterior and landscape are still under construction. However, aside from exterior construction, the interior should be a finished product prior to any tenant moving in. Prior to signing a lease, the office manager will feed you the lines, "Everything is pristine and the owner himself personally will walk each and every unit before any tenant moves in. If it isn't up to his liking, and or a place he personally would live in, we will NOT rent it until he Owner deems it's perfect." Upon move in, you could be as lucky as I am to have a very under par unit. There are countless painting, mudding, and caulking flaws. My tub has spider cracks all over it. I had a brand new, non working water heater upon move in that required a new heating element due to corrosion. The list goes on. If the Owner himself actually does walk and approve the quality of these apts as the office administration states to potential tenants....be extremely weary of the quality you may actually receive. If you bring up complaints or concerns, you may find them deferred and or listed as "not a high priority." You may, like me, not get a response to emails sent stating concerns. Also, in my case, management's direct quote... "your walls and apt are fine. You will have to "deal" with it as we won't fix flaws for you." Not to discredit the construction company itself, but the property management is less than satisfactory. I've lived in several apts across the Orlando area and if this is how a "brand new luxury apt" is being run and sold in just a week of residency.... be very cautious as you may want to spend your money elsewhere
