I have lived here for 4 years, I have seen many changes in the complex. Since the new owners have taken over management I can truly say I like living here, there's an improvement in maintenance, management, lawn care,and relationships

Friendly people. I also like the fact that the grounds are well maintained the pools are clean and the laundry facilities are clean with all of the machines work.

Love living here. Easy access to shopping the freeway and down town. Great place to live. Maintenance is great if you have a problem it's fix quickly.

Nice apartment! Good location. Very closed to everything like hospitals, Walmart, Downtown, etcetera. Maintenance always comes immediately when you request something.

I really enjoy living in the apartments. I work all day and I come home to my studio and I really don’t leave and it’s so quiet and peaceful in my apartment. I really do enjoy being here.

I like it so far but their are adjustments to be made in my apartment,for now I am not happy because they did not give me the apartment I wanted and also I got this apartnent because i didnt have an option and they gave me this apartment with many things that are not in good condition

Great staff. Comfortable apartment. I fell in love with the vaulted ceilings and I appreciate the cold a.c. The rooms are spacious and it has a brand new washing machine.

The move in process was fairly easy… the office people are nice for sure. The outside area is not the greatest, but the inside (remodel) are pretty good for the area.

It is hard to contact the office and speak with someone. I always have an issue with extra charges on my rent and it is always like pulling teeth to get it taken care of.

I have always had a great experience. Anytime a maintenance request has been placed my order was handled as soon as possible. Office staff has always been respectful.

We love our individual apartment and how nice we made it, but once you leave the place you are concerned for your safety always and management is okay with trash being thrown all over the development and doesn’t do anything to the residents who are being dirty. In todays world with how many incidents are happening, safety should be more of a concern to this management but their response is just to call 911. If they really wanted to keep the homeless and crime out of the community, they would gate the community and add cameras. A shooting happened in the development, needles are always found everywhere and glass is broken everywhere and management doesn’t clean it up.

Since I moved in last Jan this property has had many new management and staff. Even though not all my maintenance issues have been resolved I can appreciate that fact the work orders do get worked. I've only had good experiences with the office staff. Wish the community was better cleaned up and parking area clear of glass and nails

Roaches everywhere, maintaining is dysfunctional usually. Neighbors noisy and dirty. Don’t move !

Do not rent here. Maintenance issues go ignored and the leasing office will forget if you give them paper copies of renters insurance documents and charge you fees for their mistake. Also, you might get the occasional rock thrown at your car.

Horrible from the inside out. Unprofessional and rude. The apartments smelled of mold

Affordable place to live in the Southside area. Nothing fancy but worth the money. I like the new management. They are much more responsive.

These units are falling apart. Your apartment can flood with raw sewage backing up into your sink or bathtub. Flooding from top unit more than once. Very bad sewage smell near my building. Large potholes and trash. Pools haven’t been open all summer. Mold is very bad in most units. They even relocated a select few due to the mold. Appliances don’t work and they are slow to fix or replace. The water bulls can also be very high. Infested with large roaches and wasps. Lots of drugs and homeless people living in the empty units. It’s horrible. Management DOES NOT CARE. The city does not care. Don’t rent from these trash apartments unless you really have to and then make sure you sue.

Not sure where the other positive reviews came from but these apartments are not worth the money. New management is not very professional and if you get locked out there is no one on site to help , there is no private security either. Not sure where that fake review came from. The management company has changed twice within the last six months, apartments aren’t updated, no pest control, carpet cleaning or family friendly environment. Neighborhood is not clean or properly maintained as trash is scattered everywhere throughout the community. When is comes to repairs, maintenance only patches up issues and never fully fixes issues the first time. So the issue keeps coming back again. I wouldn’t suggest these apartments to anyone not for the price or location.

Every night is quiet, and the neighbors respect one another. There are places that get lively on certain holidays, but it doesn't get out of hand. The neighborhood is kept clean by the residents, as well as the staff. Although this is a low-income area, there seems to be very little crime (teenagers running around knocking on doors late at night is the most I've seen). There are two pools and a playground. Great option for a family on a budget.

Very affordable yet clean housing. The staff is very professional. I have been locked out twice and they let me in right away without hitting me with a lockout fee. Things rarely break and when they do they are fixed immediately. The air conditioner units are top notch so you are not hit with paying for cooling here in Florida that you don't receive as was the case at the Oaks at San Jose. The grounds are kept clean, there is private security, and in the office there is Keurig Coffee (not the cheap stuff) for residents and prospective residents.

There are very few choices for tv service here and the water and sewer bill is alot higher than it would be if it was from the local power company
