It’s been a great experience so far here at Oasis. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Love the community and the amenities that it has to offer.

I enjoy living at Oasis! The property is nicely maintained and the residents are friendly. The lakes and walking trails are nice too and so is the dog park.

Living at the Oasis apartments is such a beautiful community. There’s so many amenities. I love the pool. I love the hammocks. Everyone is so nice there in the office. They’re so accommodating and even the maintenance men are wonderful.

I live living here and all it has to offer. What a great bunch of staff members. Amazing food trucks that show up weekly and a restful tranquil resort style living. Prime location on the Ave. not to close to the action where you pay prime reaestate, 4 miles straight shot to the heart of the strip.

4.8 Star Honest Review: I've been living here for 3 months and it's been amazing. Having two pools is a huge plus. The gated community makes me feel incredibly safe, and I love the peace and quiet. My apartment has tons of natural light, which creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The smart sensors inside the apartment are a game-changer. Whenever something goes wrong, the maintenance team is quick to respond and fix the issue. When my spouse and I came, Leandro made the leasing process a breeze, and he's always there to help with any issues in a very kind and expedite way. Sheryl does an amazing job keeping the property looking great as the property manager. We have came from New York, and they make a lot of events for residents in the communities (for the price we pay), so there could be an improvement here. The rest of the facilities are fantastic, and I especially love the quiet atmosphere. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. Highly recommend! to live here 4 ever"

Love living here. Can’t complain. If something isn’t right, it is taken care of immediately. Office staff is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable of the tenants. I’ve been here 10 yrs and have experienced the changes and upgrades that makes this community a gem close the beach, night life, or friends/family life. It’s very quiet and beautiful. The landscape is well maintained and continuous upgrades occur throughout the year to make it even better and more picturesque.

I’ve lived here for about nine months now and we’ve had minimal issues. No mechanical issues whatsoever aside from a clogged drain. Neighborhood is clean and neighbors are nice. The amenities are always clean and easy to use.

We love how quiet Oasis is! It’s been a safe neighborhood and had good amenities. It’s also within a short distance from the beach and downtown which was ideal for us.

By far the administration staff always open to help and super nice. The condo is very clean and organized and the mantenance team come pretty fast to fix what you need

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. When’s merging breaks it gets fixed ASAP and with upgrades many times. Prime location to shopping and beach. We’ll manicured lawns and love the hammock station and bbq pits

It's a great community and the staff are really nice, I have bee leaving here for almost 4 years,we have everything near us,stors, grocery stors,the school that my kids go to is one of the best and is super close to us,the school bus stops right on the entrance of the community,and is a very safe community.

Oasis has been absolutely beautiful. Every area has been upkept well and the pools are beautiful . The walking trail is lit up for late night walks and the gym is always clean.

The area is generally well maintained, after being a resident for over 6 months, there are no real complaints. Most of the residents are active and friendly, while walking and enjoying the nice scenic of the lake, which is also clean and maintained. Overall positive experiences.
