Wellshire is known as one of the city’s best neighborhoods to live in. Wellshire is home to several parks and the Wellshire Golf Course. Wellshire also has bike lanes and trails like the High Line Canal Trail for residents to enjoy. Residents appreciate living just eight miles away from Downtown Denver, but the area feels like a suburban neighborhood. Along with having great schools, Wellshire is adjacent to the University of Denver, so it’s common to see children riding bikes or students and faculty walking to campus. There is a plethora of grocers, casual eateries, bars, and coffee shops located along South University Boulevard and South Colorado Boulevard, so residents have easy access to plenty of shopping and dining options. This sought-after neighborhood has a variety of housing options available including student apartments, modern condos, townhomes, and single-family homes.

Property Ratings at Observatory Park Apartments
Campus Club is two buildings separated by a courtyard with all units facing the court yard. Campus Club is located very close to DU and is an easy walk for students. There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance. The units are not big but sufficient size. The living room and dining area are nice. The kitchen/walk way is narrow and counter space is very limited, there is about a square foot on either side of the sink. There is a refrigerator and freezer as well as a stove and oven. There is no ice maker or dishwasher. There is a closet in the walkway to hang and store items. The pantry is good size. The bathroom is good both in quality and size. The bedroom is a good size and the closet has ample space. The quality of the unit is good. There is a laundry room on the first floor that has 3 washers and 3 dryers. They require about $3 per load of laundry. In my experience, there are always available machines. There is parking both in front and in back of the building, however, there are only about 20 spots for the 36 units and the spots are first-come first-serve so it's common to not be able to get a spot if you come home after 5pm. The spots in back of the building are in an alley where delivery trucks weekly park to make deliveries to the buildings that compose the other wall of the alley. While these trucks are parked they are blocking multiple cars and it can be impossible to move your car for hours. The courtyard is nice but infrequently, maintenance is loud in the courtyard in the mornings and the noise can sound as if it is coming right beyond your unit's door.
