Built in the 1940's, the unit construction style evokes old world charm, which has now been matched with modern day style. Most units have at least a partial ocean view, including many of our two bedroom units that have unobstructed 180 degree views of the Pacific. All apartments have a larger than normal number of windows, offering natural sunlight and ocean views from most units. The property’s exterior was also remodeled to provide many amenities of a higher end apartment complex, including a gated common area for our residents, which includes barbeques, a picnic area, and an ocean view fire pit. Locals can take in the Pacific Ocean views, explore the green space, and admire the “Lone Sailor” statue at Bluff Park.
