5 minute walk to wide and very white sand Hollywood Riviera Beach near the Palos Verdes Penisula. Riviera Shops and Restaurants within walking distance. Building has a pool in addition to close proximity to the sand. Units all have Travertine tile and hardwood floors, including granite counter-tops. State and nationally recognized Redondo Beach schools within walking distance in a very safe neighborhood.
