Property Ratings at Oceanview Apartments

Drainage Problems
As a current resident, I have pleaded with the landlord since February 18th to have the kitchen sink drain repaired by a plumber. After running the water less than 30 seconds the sink drain begins to back up with grease and food bits from the neighboring unit. It is disgusting. I hope that he has some shame and will finally have this fixed.
