Terrible HOA
Do research before moving in! Thru August 2022, residents are forced to abandom/throw away furniture whether moving in or out due to freight elevator not working in over a year.

good for my needs soon I have to start my new contract but can raise the rent. It would be a relief because I already have a baby of 5 months and I have many expenses
