Property Ratings at Odd Fellows Building
I recently moved to Odd Fellows a few months ago. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one the property manager has been compassionate. Ensuring that my transition into my home has been a smooth process. Maintenance has immediately corrected any issues that I have had with ease. The building is extremely well kept and the neighbors are kind. My loft is beautiful and spacious. I feel very safe and secure. I look forward to coming home to a peaceful environment. So glad I made the decision to move to Odd Fellows.
I’ve lived at Odd Fellows for several years and would highly recommend it. The location provides easy access to downtown Petersburg and the building has a rich history. Management is very responsive and my unit is exceptional with lots of space and natural light. I’ve never lived in a place with such high ceilings and I really enjoy living here and appreciate its uniqueness.
The landlord is excellent and on top of it. I didn’t have any issues with moving in. The building is taken care very well considering it is a historic property. I love living here. I don’t think I’ll ever leave! From the big windows to the beautiful layout of the apartment. I love that the parking lot is so close to the building and I’ve never felt safer living here than I’ve ever felt.
For the space and amenities you receive, the apartments are very affordable, quiet, and spacious. There are many great people to meet within the area and complex, and you are within walking distance of many restaurants, art centers, and other attractions, as well as close to the highway.
I have been so pleased with my experience living in this exceptionally quiet and well maintained property in a fantastic area. My loft apartment is lovely with ample storage, and the building is clean and secure. Communication from management has been excellent with plenty of notice given should the unit need to be accessed for service. The parking lot is well lit, and I have felt entirely safe there. Because the building is within easy walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, salons, and other amenities, I often go days without the need or desire to drive to other areas. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I'm glad to live here.
