O'Fallon Lakes Apartments

I have never experienced worse maintence and office personal. Place was never cleaned before I moved in. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean due to distance to previous house. Was lied to about storage I have none literally none. The maintence have broken something everything they have come to fix something and not replaced. They Have left paint foot prints on floor and I had to clean it up. No trash dumpsters only compactor that never works or is full and you have to take your trash somewhere else. These are just a few. I have at least 5 more . So DO NOT CONSIDER THIS APARTMENTS

I live here at this very moment, please do not move here I beg of you! The office staff is petty, judgemental, lazy, and most of all they are tyrants, they will do everything in their power to create hoops for you to jump through, they discuss your personal business as gossip amongst each other, the maintenance staff is rude and slow, not to mention they can't even keep the decent ones for more than a week. The list of inconsistencies I've experienced with things I was told prior to move in that were flat out lies is a very long one to say the least. I am not saying that there are perfect apartments out there but please steer clear of this one do not let the prices fool you!

Great staff, They care for the property they care for future residents, the front office have a Great Team, they're amazing! The complex is in the mix of the great O'fallon comeback ! Great property & amazing staffs

The staff management and maintenance is all great people. They care about you. They do what they can to provide a great community and they are beautiful apartments.

O'Fallon Lakes Apartment staff and maintenance crew strive to help you when they can. I've been here over 7 yrs and my already old carpet, when I moved in, was really bad. I had seen my neighbors flooring and requested new vinyl in kitchen, and dining (ripping out carpet). They call it "a conversion". It is just beautiful! They would be willing to replace carpet too if I had help moving furniture. There was some communication problems along the way (during a pandemic) but once the right people (office) got involved it happened! Recently they threw a National Night Pool party with swimming, music bbq, and more! It was a sweet thing to do for the Community children! Clean, fairly safe and comfortable! Recommended.

Knowledgeable, professional and adept staffed maintenance dept! The crew is respectful and quick to fix everything, or replace it! Been here almost 8 years! Best price best deal!

The staff and maintenance crew professional and friendly they listen to your concerns and follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied they communicate with their tenants on everything from Maintenance to special events I just want to say thank you

I have been living in the apartment for a four years now. The staffing at the front office is a revolving door. I put in request that they write down on a sticky note and it goes unheard. I'm currently waiting on my ducts to be cleaned out and my carpet in the dinning room to be pulled up. I'm the type of tenant that pay my rent on time and not really bother to anyone. I understand they have hundred of people they deal with but I feel unheard when a request is made in the office. We do have active building page that allows you to communicate with other tenants and staff. Which I find very helpful. Overall its an nice neighborhood, great school district, and affordable place to leave. You may have to call the office 1 or 10 times to get things done.

This is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities I like their pet policy its very clean maintenance man are very quick they take care of problems when you need them done emergencies or super fast I just overall love the community

Great place and community to choose for your next home. Everyone is friendly, staff and neighbors. The apartments are very nice, roomy, and very comfortable. Im very pleased with my decision, its peaceful and quiet in a great location near the highway. My 14 teen year old son just loves his new home and so do I, and you will to Stay Blessed.

Ive been living in O Fallon for I believe 13 years. I first started in building 5 no problems! Moved to building 4 bottom floor for health purposes. Then we moved to building 3 due to our family growing! Weve had some issues but mostly normal ones that you would have anywhere, but the service Ive received from the teams has been great! They try their best to resolve, respond and respect all situation as best as they can!!!!

More security and a drop box for rent. Make it easy for older people to own a small pet.

Apartments are nice and as well buildings. They also do fun things for community. Contests, pool party and other stuff.

The Management Team Does NOT Care About The Residents At All. Neither Of Them Care. Maintenance Leave Residents Doors Unlocked. Climb On Your Balcony Without Permission And Use Your Electricity Without Your Permission. No Cameras To Protect The Tenants. Can't Call On The Management For Help. They Don't Care. The List Goes On

Ofallon Lakes Apartments is a community that cares about its residents and keeps maintenance in a timely manner.

I've lived here 6 yrs next month. The staff is great, I love my apartment and the amenities.

It was quick and very well done.

After an exhausted hunt for a new apartment, I stumbled upon O'Fallon lakes... A gem tucked back off the highway. From my first meeting with Amanda and she walked me through the application and submitted my app. I waited about two weeks for a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment that had just been marked for lease. The reply I received indicated we were accepted. We signed the papers for the lease and I was given the keys. After a 14 month stay in an extend stay hotel, it is a breath of fresh air to have a place to call home. I just wish I knew about it earlier. I spent over a month and I can tell you I looked long and hard for a home, you will not find a more 5 star apartment complex that is affordable, well maintained grounds with landscaping, amenities and apartments anywhere in St. Charles County for the price.

I have lived at Ofallon Lakes for 8 years and love the staff of this complex with all my heart!! They have always been professional and considerate with any issue or question I have and give nothing but the best to their tenants. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone!! Keep up the great work!!

I have lived here 3 years and overall I like it here. The grounds are kept up, the staff is nice, maintenance is good and its clean. Also I like our pool. I do wish we had some better residents and I wish my apt was better since my rent has gone up. I would love a refreshed apt w/o carpet.

I love my community and my apt. It is very nice and quiet here. great people, lots of things to do , great getting to know regulars at the pool. Staff are so friendly, caring and really care about your well being. Manager is the best ever !!!!!

The team here at O Fallon Lakes has been very helpful and reliable for over 10 yrs at making sure or at least trying to make sure my family is always safe, healthy and happy!!! Good place in O Fallon to start!!!!

O'Fallon Lakes is a awesome place to live. It has nice amenities at a affordable rate. The community is great and you're close by everything, shopping, highway, restaurants, schools etc great location. It's a nice and clean place and the apartment grounds are kept up. I'm proud to call this home!

Ofallon lakes is probably one of the best places to live especially if you have children..its safe and secure and they have just about everything you need inside the complex...Im very happy Ive made them my new home for me and my family

Not advised because of poor management and noise levels. Also says we are a gated community, the gate is broke most of the time

Nice Community. Gabby is very kind and works hard to figure out things needed figured out quickly..She helps take the worry away when things aren't situated right. And Maintaince was very quick and fast with the work order. Took less then 24 hours. I appreciate it

Come to live in a well priced and conveniently located Apt building close to the highways. The homes are spacious and there is a pool. Management is friendly and responsive to their tenants. And maintenance is there to help. The grounds are kept up well with a tennis and small basketball court. These apts are descent for the price.

Wonderful place to live.

Very poorly managed They will not hold their employees and contractors accountable for damage they cause and then pass that cost on to the tenant. Run in the opposite direction unless you want to end up fighting in court or feel ok with them just keeping your deposit for no apparent reason. It is very clear that they value compliance over tenant satisfaction. The apartment is nice but it is not worth the headache of dealing with the property management company.
