Property Ratings at Off Broadway Flats
Mold, like tons, like hard to breath! It just keeps getting worse. It is waaay beyond the 'mold waiver' they have you sign. Never clean air ducts. If you suffer with allergies, not place for you! Run down 'fluff'. My quality of living not great there. Stuff breaks down constantly, cheaply made. Just not worth it. Please put some money and consideration into the quality of living here instead of just making a fast buck. These are real people you are renting to, and quality of living is important. You charge a lot of money too for rent. Put it back into the building.

We are sorry these issues have not been addressed. We do our best to handle every work request that is submitted to the office in a timely manner. Upon review of the submitted work requests for the past year we have received no mold remediation requests. Are you sure you have the right property? If you do indeed live here then we kindly request that you contact the office so that the mold and any thing that has broken down can be repaired. We cant remedy what we are not aware of. This is a great building that is both close to the city, yet still feels like a suburb. It's a smaller complex which is awesome, and I feel like the staff that work here are excellent at getting back to you quickly and actually getting to know you. The office manager Patty is actually a big part of why I decided to move here. The buildings are secured with key entry, and although the buildings are older, the apartments have all been renovated with brand new appliances. What's also nice about this is that if you aren't home but have someone coming over, they can call you from the keypad which comes to your phone as a call and you can open the door for them without even being here! Although you can sometimes hear other people while walking down the hall, once you are in your apartment you can not hear your neighbors (or maybe I just have really awesome quiet ones). All the residents are working adults, and I haven't had any issues. One slight problem however, is that there is only enough parking for one resident per apartment, so if you have people coming over they will have to park across the street, which can be pretty busy. All in all, the amenities are great. We have a pool which is never busy, smoking areas, and are close to Broadway, Swedish Medical Center, and lightrails. You can also pay your rent, and request maintenance online which is super convenient! This place is only cat friendly.
