Apartments for Rent Near Endicott College
Founded as a women’s college in 1939, Endicott College did not become co-educational until 1994. Today, Endicott enjoys a reputation as one of the top regional institutions in the North, and in 2014 began offering doctoral degree tracks. While a small institution, the approximately 5,000 students enrolled at Endicott study under a diverse range of disciplines, from business to sport science to performing arts. The campus enjoys a somewhat secluded location overlooking Massachusetts Bay, creating a scenic and tranquil environment for scholarly pursuits.
The Endicott campus resides in the small city of Beverly, a picturesque suburb of Boston along the North Shore. The oceanfront location provides endless opportunities to get outside and enjoy the water—swimming and sunbathing in particular are quite popular during the warmer months. The city center sits about three miles to the west, filled with restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, performance venues, and other popular hangouts, especially along Cabot and Rantoul Streets. Boston is only a short drive or train ride away, making it easy to explore one of America’s most historic and exciting cities anytime.
