Smh

Got approved for application and they was like need whole deposit Friday I was like let me give half and rent in two weeks and . He was like no can't wait in two weeks need know or application is denied smh and hang up on me and talk not hold no apartment for nobody. He is not a good landlord and a bad communication so I would not run from this place at all they're very hungry money hungry

Horrible place to live

The owner will give out tenants social security number to anyone. The management position that opens up every 2 months anybody is elegible for the job making 220 a month last manager had warrants and was hauled out of here to jail. The rent is way too high for this dump. There are multiple keys floating around the complex to everyone's apartment. The new manager can't even walk up 1 flight of steps because he is about 550lbs and a slob the buildings are infested with bed bugs cockroaches and spiders, save your money and go elsewhere. RENTERS BEWARE

No Heat in Winter-No Ac in Summer

The owner is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, probably not even legal to have people go without heat for a whole week in freezing temps. as well as no AC in the summer in scorching heat. talk to some of the tenant before you move here, if its broke you will wait months and have to complain on several occasions. Just take a look around before you give up your money.

Owner is horrible

I lived here and was the building manager for two years, the owner won't fix anything if he does it takes forever, when and if he puts in new carpet he will not pay for them to lay padding down. The heat is ran by a boiler and half the time it doesn't work there were a few times the tenants went without heat for a few days until he would fix it. He's money hungry and charges people $25 for a background check but he really doesn't run one. I can go on and on, please beware him and his wife are con artists.

Poor management

The units are not kept up, halls are not clean. Very slow to make even minor repairs. Will rent to anyone with cash for deposit and rent.
