It's gotten a lot better over the years
Years ago Old Farm didn't have the best reputation. But now it's as safe as can be and is very quiet. There are very friendly folks there and the community is active as a whole.

Wonderful little community
The most important thing to me is the community you're in. The community here is great. I absolutely love my neighbors and everything else has been icing on the cake.

Excellent place to call home
What I really like about the apartment complex it is the quality of life it offers folks due to its location and proximity to downtown Yanceyville.

Peaceful place to live
Old Farms is peaceful and quiet as can be. The location is great. Almost all of what you need is within a mile: post office, banking, grocery store, auto stores, fast food, Asian food, etc etc.

A pleasant retirement community in Yanceyville
The Old Farm apartments actually sit on what was once a farm. It's a quiet and safe community for retired and other folks to relax and be still within walking distance to the Yanceyville town center.

Old Farm is a safe, private living community. You'll find diversity there and people taking good care of their living spaces. It's a great place for families and seniors.
