Property Ratings at Old Market Row
Lived here for 3 years and loved it. Nice building, polite tenants, quiet at night. Close enough to walk to all the main things downtown and far enough that you can sleep at night. The maintenance and admin staff are extremely responsive; usually same day responses/fixes.
You cannot beat the location of this building. It is reasonably priced for the space you get and compared to the newer buildings going up in the area. I would not have given up my unit if I did not have to leave the state for work. If you get a chance to rent in this building, do it. Everything is in walking distance, I mean everything. The building is well kept and quick to respond to any issues. They seem to actually care about the tenants. If I ever move back to the area, I will try and get back in this building.
