No real issues, everyone is so nice and amazing. Maintanence is on top of your request. Honestly I'm not to keen on the parcel boxes at this time.

Excellent and friendly staff! Nice amenities, friendly neighbors, and maintenance done on time. PERFECT location! SAFE and QUIET! Less than 10 minutes to James River Highway and less than 10 minutes to town to get groceries.

Love it here!!! Staff is very nice and all the amenities are great. Never had any issues here and if I ever do I know they will be fixed right away.

The application process was near perfect. Move in was easy, and the few defects we found in our move in inspection were dealt with quickly by the complex's maintenance team.

Very friendly, quiet place. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Like how well the grounds are kept. There seems to always be a theme at every occasion and the place gets decorated accordingly.

Safe neighborhood, friendly office staff,clean outdoor areas. Convenient to shopping and restaurants and the interstate. And the perfect distance from Springfield

Office managers are excellent and are always quick to solving problems! They are very understanding and super sweet and make everyone feel welcome.

Very peaceful and quiet Environment while still being very active! Everyone from the neighbors to the Office Ladies are super kind! There’s a ton of amenities and the property is very well taken care of from outside in! I love this place and looks forward to living here for the next few years!:)

Love living here the management is great and the grounds are kept as clean as possible. There are some frustrations such as people not picking up after their pets.

Good place to live. Rent is adorable and it's in a good safe area. Apartments are well kept and the complex is well kept as well. Gym is nice and easily accessible and the office staff are also easy to get in contact with for any problems.

The beginning of the year (2025) is when I moved in. Since then, I have no complaints. Property management and staff are excellent. Well kept grounds.

Safe and clean apartment complex. Staff is always attentive and helpful when I've needed them. Their hours are later in the day which works well for me getting off work.

It is very quiet here and convenient shopping and restaurants located nearby. The grounds are kept clean. Overall very pleased with my decision to make this move.

I have been living here for about three years now. I have lived in two different units and I loved both of them. The office and maintenance teams are very nice and welcoming. The neighborhood has a lot of kids which is great for my family. I feel like everyone respects each other. When I first moved into my unit my upstairs neighbor came to greet me and said if he was ever to loud or anything just to let him know but the units are build to where I don’t really hear them. When my sink was leaking or I had fridge issues the maintenance team responded quickly even during the holidays. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone I know.

I have lived here with for more than a year now and loved living here! It's so peaceful and offers amenities for you or your family to enjoy, such as dog and kids park, swimming pool, gym, and basketball/tennis court. Their maintenance service is awesome! My neighbors upstairs have a bigger dog and likes to run around their apartment in the morning, but the noise doesn't bother me- it's not awfully loud either. Also, I have the friendliest neighbor. Highly recommend!

Going on 3 years as a resident. I feel safe and enjoy living here. Staff is friendly and handles any issues promptly. Apartments are clean and put together well. Good amount of space.

This outs an awesome place to live. For the most part it’s very quite and the staging in the office they are all incredible, getting ready to renew my lease for another 15 months

I've lived here since 2018 and I just love how quiet and calm it is at Old Stone. The maintenance crew is amazing and the office staff is always so lovely to deal with.

Easily the best place I have lived. The staff is awesome, many things to do around the complex. It is a clean, good place to live, children and pets will love it also.

My husband and I have lived at Old Stone for about a year and a half now. We have loved living here and love that we get to have our big fur babies with us here! Everyone in the office is very kind.

I enjoy living at the Old Stone apartments and the little community! The neighbors are very friendly, there is enough outdoor space to walk my dog and the amenities are an added bonus. The office staff is always friendly and ready to help meet whatever need comes up.

I just recently moved here and I would have to say that the apartments are great. They are spacious. The office staff are absolutely amazing and I would recommend people to live here. It is a great location, especially since I work in Republic.

I’ve enjoyed my time with Oldstone. The staff is incredible. The few issues I’ve had with maintenance have been taken care of within the same day or 24 to 48 hours. I would recommend this apartment building.

Dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere, neighbors are loud drunks, and office is always closed early. Would not recommend especially if you have a young child

I've been here for 5 years, I just signed my 6th lease, and I have had no problems with the Staff at Old Stone. I feel safe living here with my Dog. It is convenient to Springfield. The only thing I would change is the lack of cable tv - we lost that when your company and Cable America couldn't come to an agreement. Since that was part of our lease agreement when we moved in, I feel like that is in bad form to increase our rent while losing that amenity.

Okay, the neighbors are loud from time to time. People always stomping up and down the stairs. The hallway constantly smells like pot. But I'm in walking distance from the gym laundry center and the Miss Bostons bar.

Fantastic community with great staff that take any maintenance requests or other concerns seriously! The units are very clean, modern, and cozy.

Lived here for over 5 years and still love it the only thing I have ever complain about has been parking. People are not considerate when it comes to the handicap places

The apartment is very nice. Nice amenities. Staff is friendly. Well maintained. Grounds kept in good shape. The office rewards the tenants with rewards now with holiday contests.

Love living at Old Stone but you have to be very careful walking for the dog poop everywhere. If you’re going to have a pet you really should clean up after them . There is poop bags and buckets all over the complex. Also, the trash that is thrown around the complex. Everyone should take pride in where they live and try to keep it clean so we all can be proud of where we live.

After a year I have enjoyed first time in 25 yrs living in this community I didn’t know how I would feel about it always living in a house but I have enjoyed the year I have been here very nice spacious living for us we’re staying another year to enjoy the place

I like living here. The ladies in the office are nice and helpful. The grounds around my apartment are clean. I like the fact my building is in the back and everyone in my building is pretty quiet

I love it here I love my apartment it feels like home and it's cozy. I actually feel like I have a home for once and I feel so welcomed. Me and my kids wouldn't consider no where else home

Office staff are easy to work with. Maintenance is very quick with any issue we submit. Sometimes Maintenance or the office doesn't call on service requests but other than that it has been very good to us.

Everyone you come into contact with is very kind. My neighbors are very kind. The amenities are lovely and very clean. Could not recommend this place enough!!

My apartment is spacious, clean and noise free. It’s a good community to live around with no crime, dirty areas outside and plenty of space to walk around.

It’s been quiet and amazing so far. I have been really enjoying the peacefulness. I would still like to see assigned parking per unit as guests usually take up a lot of spots in the afternoon, early evening timeframes

I love my Old Stone family! everyone here is amazing and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! Greg is the best maintenance person ever and the girls in the office are so nice!
