Old Stone

I’ve enjoyed my time with Oldstone. The staff is incredible. The few issues I’ve had with maintenance have been taken care of within the same day or 24 to 48 hours. I would recommend this apartment building.

We love living at Old Stone. There’s such great sense of community here. Staff have been wonderful. Very helpful and willing to help find a solution if any problems arise.

Nice place to live . Safe and conveniently close to Springfield. Friendly office staff. I have looked at other places and this has everything I was looking for .

Dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere, neighbors are loud drunks, and office is always closed early. Would not recommend especially if you have a young child

The office ladies are always so nice! And the community feels safe and cozy! Would definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a good place to live!

I've been here for 5 years, I just signed my 6th lease, and I have had no problems with the Staff at Old Stone. I feel safe living here with my Dog. It is convenient to Springfield. The only thing I would change is the lack of cable tv - we lost that when your company and Cable America couldn't come to an agreement. Since that was part of our lease agreement when we moved in, I feel like that is in bad form to increase our rent while losing that amenity.

Okay, the neighbors are loud from time to time. People always stomping up and down the stairs. The hallway constantly smells like pot. But I'm in walking distance from the gym laundry center and the Miss Bostons bar.

Fantastic community with great staff that take any maintenance requests or other concerns seriously! The units are very clean, modern, and cozy.

Lived here for over 5 years and still love it the only thing I have ever complain about has been parking. People are not considerate when it comes to the handicap places

Nice open floor plan and very updated the staff is very friendly and answer all questions or concerns overall a very quiet and peaceful community

The staff are amazing and so are the other residents! Everyone is so kind I like that we have a fitness center and the basketball court and the apartments are nice!

Staff are so kind and VERY helpful! They make everything so easy such as fixing a problem, getting information, and updates. The apartments are so nice and have beautiful interior!

The apartment is very nice. Nice amenities. Staff is friendly. Well maintained. Grounds kept in good shape. The office rewards the tenants with rewards now with holiday contests.

Love living at Old Stone but you have to be very careful walking for the dog poop everywhere. If you’re going to have a pet you really should clean up after them . There is poop bags and buckets all over the complex. Also, the trash that is thrown around the complex. Everyone should take pride in where they live and try to keep it clean so we all can be proud of where we live.

After a year I have enjoyed first time in 25 yrs living in this community I didn’t know how I would feel about it always living in a house but I have enjoyed the year I have been here very nice spacious living for us we’re staying another year to enjoy the place

I like living here. The ladies in the office are nice and helpful. The grounds around my apartment are clean. I like the fact my building is in the back and everyone in my building is pretty quiet

I love it here I love my apartment it feels like home and it's cozy. I actually feel like I have a home for once and I feel so welcomed. Me and my kids wouldn't consider no where else home

Office staff are easy to work with. Maintenance is very quick with any issue we submit. Sometimes Maintenance or the office doesn't call on service requests but other than that it has been very good to us.

Everyone you come into contact with is very kind. My neighbors are very kind. The amenities are lovely and very clean. Could not recommend this place enough!!

My apartment is spacious, clean and noise free. It’s a good community to live around with no crime, dirty areas outside and plenty of space to walk around.

It’s been quiet and amazing so far. I have been really enjoying the peacefulness. I would still like to see assigned parking per unit as guests usually take up a lot of spots in the afternoon, early evening timeframes

I love my Old Stone family! everyone here is amazing and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! Greg is the best maintenance person ever and the girls in the office are so nice!

I love it, it is pretty well quiet at my building and everyone is nice. Anything you need on your apartment, they fix really quick! WAY TO GO OLDSTONE!!

Great Experience at this apartment complex, it has been welcoming and respectful neighbors.. they have spots to take dogs to eliminate and a park for them to play in.. they have workout room and laundry room

The Old Stone apartments are an awesome place to start out your journey into adulthood. My only concern is that the apartment I moved into was not completely clean and move in ready when we moved in. There was black mold on the shower doors and there were missing vertical blinds when we moved in. The managers and office ladies are always nice and welcoming. I have never had an issue with any deliveries from online orders. They are always delivered to my door, to the mailbox, or left on the rack in the main office for me to pick up. I would recommend these apartments to a friend looking.

The neighborhood is quiet and respectful. My only complaint is the slow water pressure. I can’t run the washing machine and the dishwasher at the same time during evening hours.

Everyone has been so great and welcoming at the office. Friendly neighbors, comfortable and clean living space. MOST importantly the property is very easy to work with, they’ve made this move in easier than any I’ve ever had.

We just moved in last week and so far everything has been great! The entire process has been smooth. The ladies in the office have been very nice and helpful with the entire process, since this is the 1st time we’ve ever lived in an apartment. Nice complex in a fairly quiet neighborhood and nice area as well.

We love it here it has everything we need for our kid and for the adults!! The dogs can run in the dog park the pool was very nice this summer and the gym is great for working out since the holidays are coming up!!

Moved from noisy downtown Springfield to a quiet area like old stone. Could not be happier. I always heard good reviews about old stone and finally made the switch.

Unit is clean. Office ladies are nice , sometimes the neighbors can be loud but they’re quick to take care of it. Dogs pooping outside of my unit as there are no cameras out there so we can’t open any windows when it’s nice out. People park extremely close to your vehicles lots of door dings have happened. We live in what’s considered to be overflow so we never have a spot whenever I’m off work at midnight.

Friendly & love the manager & staff. Any issues with my apartment is taken care of by Maintenance quickly. It is a safe community to live in.

I absolutely love it here and the best part is the office is so great. Always friendly, happy and helpful. Just all around a great place to be.

Old Stone has been the most pleasant experience Iv had before living anywhere in the Republic or Springfield area! The amenities are great and the price is beyond reasonable for the quiet you get compared to living in town!

I love living here. it’s a safe community to raise my boys. My boys love it because all their friends live here and they don’t have to go far to find them.

I'm still new to the community, but it very clean and well kept. Each person I have encountered is super friendly. My pets seem more relaxed here than at my previous apartment, which is a big deal for me.

Very friendly and managers are always good at accommodating with you if life is bumpy. Very safe environment for kids. I love renting here!!

I have lived here almost 6 years. I have been pretty happy here sometimes parking can become a little frustrating but its apartment living so to be expected. I live on the bottom floor most neighbors have been pretty considerate keeping down the noise. I like the fact that they are quick at getting things fixed when some thing needs fixed. Office personal are very nice and polite. Have never had any real complaints or issues. Nice community and taking care of. Dog cleanup sometimes is an issue especially along the sidewalk in front of our apartment. Most of the time we clean it up since we have children that play out there.

We have lived here 5 years now and it has changed a great deal. Maintenance has dropped drastically, not nearly take care of like it was. Breezeways are dirty, dog poop everywhere, people do not respect parking spots, bird nests and bird poop are not cleaned up… The atmosphere has definitely changed, much noisier and people drive way to fast down street and in parking lot. Our appliances are old and do not work well. Leak in ceiling of bathroom, positive there is mold. Yet, rent goes up every year as everything just gets older…

A good place to live. A good community ran by good people. Not a lot of issues or problems, but anything is always taken care of swiftly and smoothly.

I really like it here, it’s a nice part of the neighborhood, really close to everything. The apartments are nice too. It’s quiet, and the staff is super helpful as well.

The people in the office are always so helpful and understanding when I have a question about something. I get the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends living here.

It pretty good place, free internet and etc but the reason 4 star because of some neighbors that's all. Con- noise, and people tried avoid you for no reason and acting like scared and walk away.
