Property Ratings at Old Trail Heights Apartments For Lease!
There are many other properties that far exceed this one at a much more fair price in the Crozet/Cville area. They’re not the worst option, but you may find yourself regretting your decision a month into your lease. This due to the lack of amenities, lack of quality building supplies utilized in the construction of the building (those who enjoy peace & quiet beware), and lack of professionalism from the property manager/“staff.”
Do not rent here unless you want constant noise issues and endless disrespect from the property management company, BMC Holdings Group. They have admitted there is no insulation in the walls or floors, and stated they will do nothing to fix the issue. The place is built with cheap materials. Not to mention, it is way overpriced. There is also construction less than 50 feet away from the building that takes place M-Saturday. Just do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.
Excessive noise throughout the building. Property management has admitted there is no insulation in walls/floors. Not to mention there is no parking/no amenities. Would not recommend.
