Property Ratings at Olde Pulley Lane
Rents way too high for the size, do an awful job clearing sidewalks and parking spots of snow in the winter, washers and dryers are always out of order. Large branches recently broke off during a snowstorm a week ago, branches have still not been cleaned up. Have a pool but they don’t actually open it. Basement leaks water during heavy rain, so you can’t keep anything directly on the ground in your storage.
This place was decent when I first moved in but since the new management - Northern Management - everything has gone way downhill. They plan to fill in the pool that was available because they won't spend the money to keep it up. The walls are very thin and you can hear almost everything outside the apartments. Doors are cheap as hell and thin as hell. I don't think I've ever had a shower where the temp. didn't drastically change on me. No assigned parking and you're lucky if you're within 100 yards of your door. Very disappointing
The Manager and maintenace crew are very friendly, they will get the job done asap for any maintenace request that you put in for, they do also have an Emergency Maintenance request that I've used and got the problem fixed!!! I've lived here for 6 months and am very happy I'm renting here. The other tenants are very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
I just moved here a couple months ago. I've known about these apartments for a very long time as my mother lived here for almost 7 years. Everyone here is so kindhearted. The manager is very responsive and also maintenance as well! This has been a good start for me and so affordable. Managment and Maintenace is always super responsive and gets the job done. I love that its located right by the water as well. These apartments are peaceful and quiet! I would high recommend them!
Approachable property manager and maintenance. Get issues resolved. I have lived here for 18 plus years now!
Well maintained , management is easy to get a hold of , apartments are perfect for one person
Super quiet and respectful neighbors, management is super helpful here and laundry on site is great.
I currently live here and have for many years. I love the convent location near the Trestle Trail Loop, Hwy 441/41, and many stores. The property borders a lake and is nearby schools as well. The neighborhood is safe to live in, and maintenance is quick to respond to issues.
Living at Olde Pulley apartments has been the best residential experience I’ve ever had! The property manager (Ryan), is easy to reach and always friendly. The maintenance men are very quick to respond. This is a quiet environment and there’s a beautiful view of the lake right behind my complex. I would highly recommend considering this your next home!
I have been living at here for a while and I love the location and the peaceful atmosphere. The tenants I’ve met so far are very nice and friendly, the property manager is on top of all concerns and the maintenance people are always on point with whatever my repair needs are. The property is always clean and well maintained.
I am currently living at Olde Pulley lane apts, they are nice if you are just moving out on your own and just trying to start up. Things may be included but, they will fine your for anything. Parking fees are $50 a day if you do not move your vehicle in the winter, the apartments are filled with roaches and other bugs that maintenance says aren't there once you move in, some people don't even leave their apartments to take out trash so sometimes the entire building smells, and parking at the apartments is an absolute joke. Visitors take up resident parking and management doesn't do anything about it leaving the residents having to park down the street from their apartment. And expesially in the summer there are so many people there who don't even live there for the pool so good luck trying to swim. The maintenance never checks on anything or fixes things and if you're close to your lease ending they just wait till you move out.
i have lived in apartments almost 40 years and this place is by far the best !!! all one bedrooms well kept with swift maintainence and a woman here every day to clean halls ect.....rent about $500 includes well kept outdoor pool with tables and lounge chairs.....4 bbq grills....2 are gas and filled by management....picnic tables and gazebo and all are cleaned daily.....also lit at night.....we also live right on the lake and there is a walkway right to the edge with a mowed area for a picnic or fishing....each apartment has their own lit porch with carpet and outlets.....basements are huge and clean with plenty of storage and 2 washers and dryers for each building.....a renters dream come true !!!!
