Property Ratings at Olde Town Plaza
Management is sloppy so keep your receipts and make copies of everything. Leasing office located at CHC or Crack Head Central as the Arvada regulars call it. If you want something done, do it yourself or call the owner otherwise nothing gets done.
Mgmt and maintenance are sloppy, they don’t keep up like they used to… or maybe just don’t know what they are doing. I’ve had to fix a lot of stuff in my apartment including plumbing and the a/c wall unit. New management loves to cut corners so when there are no issues.. it’s a cool neighborhood. Otherwise… the businesses down stairs and apartments are flooding or having other issues. But hey, if you like tacos at least they are walking distance. Yayyy.
