As I’m moving to my fourth you’re here I have to say I’m still ever so glad here as when I first moved in! The staff and maintenance have always been very helpful to me and I know they really do care about Us as renters and this apartment complex! The amenities here are awesome The the business center I have used quite often because I don’t have a computer at home, so it has been very helpful! The dog wash is a must for my fur baby! ?? Shampoos and conditioners are provided and other essential things for our fur babies. I often use the vacuum to clean out my car and i’m thankful to be able to check my tire pressure here. To say all that I have to remind you of the wonderful living outside space that we have with our grills and TV we were able to watch basketball and football games GO CATS!!!! The pool is the most luxurious of all to me. My family and grandbabies love the pool! Olde Towne is quiet, secure, and a very comfortable place to live! If you’re looking for a nice apartment and wanna feel safe in our community and have friendly people that live around you, look no further than Olde Towne Apartments! Let the Journey Begin~

Love living at Olde Towne Apartments. Enjoy the KY weather, nearby stores, restaurants and my view of the sunsets over the nearby park from my balcony. Enjoy my spacious apartment with all the modern amenities, convenience of the exercise equipment, and the swiming pool. Always feel safe and secure and glad to come home. The staff who comes to work daily are great. The maintenance team are quick to repair any problems that may occur, usually the same day. The community and leasing managers are fantastic and are always listening to my ramblings and suggestions. They are the heart and soul of the complex. Thank you for making me feel like family while here at Olde Towne.

When we decided to move from our three-bedroom house, the last thing I wanted was an apartment. I've had a bad history with nosey landlords, shady or loud neighbors, etc. But we were having trouble finding a house for rent that would accept our dogs. Finally, I decided to check out some apartments, and nothing was catching my eye until we toured Olde Towne. The Community Manager, Molly, was so nice and welcoming. She almost made me feel at home before we'd even looked at an apartment. We rented a two bedroom. It comes with a two full baths, one with an amazing garden tub, high ceilings, hard wood floors and carpet in the bedrooms, walk in closets, a large laundry room, elegant fixtures, crown molding, a large kitchen with a dishwasher and an ice machine in the fridge, excellent sound proofing (we hear nothing), curved shower rods, and a nice patio. And that's just the apartment! There's also a resort-style pool on site, a 24 hour gym, a doggie spa, a grill area, outdoor lounging with a TV, a business center, a trash compactor, and a huge open field for dogs to run. The staff is the most attentive I've ever experienced. Maintenance shows up the day you request. The office staff schedules fun activities like cook outs, pool parties, pot lucks, free lunches and dinner from local restaurants from time to time, a build your own potted succulent station, and indoor delivery of packages during the christmas season unless requested otherwise. The neighbors are friendly, and it's truly the most dog friendly housing you will find in Bowling Green. The area is very safe and well-lit at night. It's quiet at night too! No loud parties... And if there are, you can't hear them! Water, trash, and sewage in included in rent. The electric bills are LOW! And they have on online portal for rent payments and maintenance requests. You can even have rent auto deducted every month. I can't say enough great things about this community. We love it here, and I know you would too!

I live in a 1 bedroom with a den. The den is the perfect size for a work from home office. The internet is not purchased through the apartment complex, but I wanted to mention I have never had an issue with bandwidth for work or streaming. The staff has always been extremely helpful. Never had a maintenance issue here, but from their quick responses I would think any issue would be handled in a timely manner. One of my favorite things about this community is how friendly everyone is. Also, love that we are right next to a very quiet business park with plenty of sidewalks. One business even has a walking trail around it. Make for a great area for walks, runs, and riding your bike. It's even better when you add in the trail around Lover's Lane Park, which is right across the road. It is pretty perfect here.

We love the feel of community. They are very proactive about helping the tenants and have gatherings to get to know each other. The apartments are very nice and the closets are huge. We live in a 2 bedroom and it has nice space. The amenities are great also. I recommend people take a look.

Great place to live. Came down to BG from out of state and the staff were extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Quiet neighbors and the walls are well insulated (only had a 1 bedroom) There was help with anything I needed as soon as I needed it - would definitely recommend!

I have never lived in apartment complex that was so helpful, friendly, and really cared about me. The staff is always quick to help with anything I have needed. The facility is beautiful and location is perfect. I never have to get on scottsville road at rush hour and that's worth every penny. Do your self a favor and rent an apartment here !

The convenience of living at Old Towne is incredible. The location is close to any store you can think of but you also have the privacy of a home with lots of outdoor space. The staff and management treat you like family and are always there if you ever need anything. I would recommend Old Towne Apartments to a friend or even a stranger without hesitation!
