Famous for its larger-than-average clock and stunning riverfront park, Clarksville is one of Indiana’s most pristine suburbs! The Colgate Clock and the Falls of the Ohio State Park are two must-visit historic locations in this fun-filled city. At the park, you can hike among ancient fossil beds, bike along nature trails, or fish and kayak on the Ohio River.
Situated on the northern banks of the Ohio River on the Indiana-Kentucky state line, Clarksville is just three miles north of Downtown Louisville, Kentucky’s largest city. Though just minutes from a bustling downtown district, Clarksville maintains its Southern Indiana charm. This town is the perfect combination of historic attractions, buildings, and homes with a new commercial district offering premier options for shopping and everyday conveniences, along with new residential areas with modern apartment and condo rentals.

Property Ratings at Olde Towne Village
Afternoon! I've never had any kinds of trouble living at Olde Towne Village. As long as I did what I needed to do, I have support from the management & maintenance. I tell my friends, if they need somewhere to live with nice size rooms, quiet, & friendly people, they should give Olde Towne Village a look. Thank you!

I’ve lived here for a while. I really didn’t have so many issues until March 2020. 3 out of 6 washing machines work, same with the dryers. Windows are not properly sealed, so bugs keep coming into the apartment. Management is not really taking care about common areas, and the bushes are not getting trimmed. Ever since the rains started, I noticed a leak coming from the apartment upstairs, I reported it a couple of times but no actions have been taken so far. The living room carpet is always wet, I’m worried I’m getting mold there. Prices are getting higher, so I might as well move to another place once my leasing expires.

My ceiling fell when my upstairs neighbor left their water running. I have no ceiling, exposed insulation, my light sockets spark and sound like a motorcycle when I try to turn them on and my outlets don't work. Nobody has been in to do anything since it happened last week (and counting) I keep getting the run around, that someone will be in tomorrow...but if it is anything like my leak in the bathroom (that still isn't fixed) it will be another 4 months before anyone starts making moves.
Very spacious, very quiet complex in Clarksville. Only downsides--no washer/dryer hook-ups in most units (despite floorplans indicating otherwise) and a bit outdated.
I've lived at Olde Towne Village apts for two years now. The office staff and maintenance are super friendly and they fix things promptly. I have a wonderful view and it's really quiet. I've lived in many other apartments and the walls here really help contain noise. Halls and grounds are cleaned regularly. I'm close enough to town yet the complex is tucked away in such a manner that it is peaceful here. I don't plan to move for a long time.
My mom and I had moved from across the river and boy was it worth it. We needed a safer place to live and a safer place to raise my baby (Pregnant right now) and the mold infested (from the air unit), hot (no AC) apartment we had was not worth the money. This was one of the first places we found and I must say I do not regret moving here. The community is friendly and quiet, the two people who work in the office are wonderful and extremely helpful. Most of all, central air!! The apartment is a bit smaller but not so much that it causes any problems. We have one of the ground floor apartments so it naturally stays cooler, and even on the bottom floor I barely hear anything from the neighbors above me. Definitely worth the money. My only complaint would be that there is no ceiling lighting in the bedrooms, but that's easily solved with a nice lamp.
