Loved living here! Felt as though I could always get help if I needed it! Very warm and welcoming community. I think it would be nice if the rooftop could stay open past 10pm, feels are though everyone gets punished for the mistakes of a small group of people.

Living in our apartment community has been a fantastic experience so far. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and public transport. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym and pool which are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with great natural light. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home!
Love the building amenities and the space in the individual apartment rooms. The location is also a good fit for college students staying for the summer since it is very close to the 1 line and bus stops. Maintenance and staff also respond quickly and responsibly to concerns.

This is a pretty good place to live. Great location for UW students and pretty nice amenities. It was built kind of poorly and storage is lacking, but other than that I enjoy.

it’s ok to live here because i like the amenities, but i don’t like how slow things are to get stuff fixed. i also wish that the elevators weren’t constantly breaking.

I am beyond disappointed in the staff here at Oliv Seattle. They are disrespectful, unprofessional, and unorganized. They can't get anything done and until they do, I hope others will heed this warning.
