oLiv Tucson

Other than a few things being broken in the apartment I love it! The rooftop is amazing I go up there everyday and get to read and swim which is so nice. It’s also so nice to go out to the rooftop to watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains:)

Everything’s been great except some of the amenities are broken and maintenance doesn’t fix anything or answer requests. The staff is always so kind and helpful and have never given off a bad attitude.

OLiv is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in off campus! I love all the amenities they have to offer! I would definitely reccomend it to anyone looking to live off campus but still kinda on campus!

I've had nothing but a great experience at Oliv! The staff are helpful and prepared for my questions and move-in was so slick. The amenities are very nice as are the units.

It is very nice and clean. The amenities are very good and the view of my apartment is so pretty, it looks towards old main and the rest of campus.

Good location and good building. But staff is not the best. The amenities in the building are amazing, and definitely worth it - especially the study room.

The staff here is very easy to work with. Ameneties are more than you can ask for. Apartments are very modern and spacious for guests and residents.

Great spot near campus. A bit overpriced but worth it if you are out of state . The pool is an incredible addition but there are often maintenance issues

Everyone is nice the property is well kept and very clean. The really want to get you involved with other residents by promoting events on the property such as yoga and more.

I love the amenities in the building and the community events! My unit is nice and I’ve met great people in the building. It’s also great being so close to everything in comparison to other buildings.

Fast and easy! The staff made thing more along smoothly. The process for inquire for apparent to signing the lease was only 2 days. Thank you very much

Applying for the lease, finding the right apartment, and communication has been superb and easy. Excited to start my experience as a Freshman at UofA at Oliv!

The staff here at Oliv have always been extremely helpful when you have a problem. They are always on top of it and make it their top priority.

Overall great experience at Oliv. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view is amazing. The amenities are great. Also Oliv’s location is very close to campus.

SO so so fabulous. I love living here so much I had to do it again. The maintenance is so helpful and always comes to the apartment within a reasonable amount of time.

I enjoy living at oLiv but I believe the prices are a little bit too high. Also maintenance is inconsistent sometimes they are great and other times they are not the best.

Oliv is genuinely the worst place I have lived and I highly suggest everyone pick somewhere else to live if they don’t want to be ripped off. This apartment is just out to get your money and does not care about anything else. After moving in they gave us one day to take pictures of broken items so we didn’t get fined for stuff that was already there but this was not enough time as we all had stuff everywhere and didn’t have time to take many pictures. Maintenance didn’t help much as our air didn’t work all year. The hot tub didnt work all year till it got hot outside and the pool was always closed. I was fined multiple times for something that was added in a second lease that we had to sign a few weeks after already living there. The rent for our apartment went up $400 if we wanted to resign for the following year. The only positive thing about this awful apartment is that the people working at the front desk are kind. Other than that I advise staying away from signing a lease at Oliv.

I’ve absolutely loved my experience living here! The front desk is absolutely amazing at their job but making you feel comfortable being able to go to them if some things may be wrong in my apartment or if I just want to talk to them. I know that there aren’t that many people here in the summer, but it would be nice if there was one or two events for the people that are still here so we can get to know others that are staying in Tucson for the summer

Great place to live. Great job people and staff. Perfect location. Love living here and have loved it the past 3 years. Wouldn’t imagine any place better.

Living at oliv is the best! Oliv Tucson has the absolute best location and is super safe. The staff is always so helpful and maintance is always helpful and do things ASAP.

This is my second year living here, and I signed to live here again for my senior year. I got matched with random roommates and oliv matched me with great people. The property has had problems in the past, but the new management is really great and they've made some good changes that make us feel safer. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have their own place without having to stay in the dorms.

I got robbed and management did nothing. I wanted to release my contract because I didn’t feel safe and they would not let me. They didn’t even let me put a lock on my door. I tried calling multiple times but the phone number does not work. Horrible customer and horrible management!
