Situated about ten miles south of Downtown Denver, Littleton is frequently recognized as a great place to live. Founded in 1890, Littleton is proud of its rich heritage. The city honors its past with the Littleton Historical Museum, a living museum that recreates life on a 19th-century farm and homestead with extensive exhibits and rare artifacts.
Littleton blends past and present in its charming downtown area, which is brimming with exciting restaurants, bars, art galleries, and specialty shops in turn-of-the-century buildings along a tree-lined Main Street. Many Littleton residents gather downtown as well as at a host of community events, including Western Welcome Week, Summerset Festival, and the Colorado Irish Festival.
Outdoor recreation is a substantial part of life in Littleton, with more than 1,400 acres of parks and open spaces in addition to over 200 miles of trails set against a stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains.

Property Ratings at Olivine
I have lived at Broadstone Olivine for approximately 5 months now and have had some very poor experiences. In my 5 months of living at the complex the security gate for the parking complex has been broken and left open for the entire 5 months. I had my truck broken into while parked on the third floor of the parking garage in my assigned parking spot. The other main issue is that I was “assigned” a parking spot when I moved in but have had issues with other vehicles parking in my spot since day one. The fee to have a covered parking spot is 60 dollars a month, so I have been paying 60 dollars a month and have not been able to park in my “assigned” spot over 10 times in the last few months. The management team as well as the parking service have told me numerous times the issue will be fixed and nothing has yet been resolved. I have only lived at this complex for a few months and have already had major issues. I would think about a different complex before moving in here.
Management has shut off all A/C units throughout the property including individual units. I am on a top floor unit and obviously heat rises so at 11:21 pm my apartment is at 75 degrees. Without any proper notice other than an email stating they were shutting it off immediately residents just have to suck it up until spring or once we hit 70 degrees…. This entire week has been 70+ yet our A/C units have remain useless. Now I need to buy a Dyson fan to cool down my room to enjoy my own home. Management is a joke and would not recommend living here. You can tell with the large amount availability they have on their website residents are either breaking their lease or moving out at the end of their contract.
Literally zero action taken over a neighbor with a dog that howls and barks all day every day. The neighbor stomps, walks in heels and plays fetch with a 100lb dog at 5am, then up until 12am beginning in the afternoon. I have had to call security, cops, animal control, and more to get SOME type of action. Nothing has happened. Nothing. The living experience is terrible. Not to mention the failure of a move-in process when we got here. Fire alarm testing every 5 minutes. Delayed move in by MONTHS. Faulty apartment amenities. You name it.
I would not recommend this apartment complex (Greystar). It has been a headache before we even moved in. 1. We were notified 5 days before our move in date that our unit would not be ready to move in when promised that it would be. Keep in mind we were moving from out of state due to our jobs. Saw this happen to multiple people according to reviews 2. Constantly having to follow up with the staff because we never hear back for any questions or updates. This is from the time of not being able to move in, having to stay in a temporary unit for 4 days, constantly following up with the staff because they say one thing but the time goes by and we do not hear back. To currently not hearing back with issues that we bring up about noise. 3. We have had numerous issues with noise (bass and music constantly throughout the day and I have headphones on). But instead of trying to find a resolution, they blame the resident. They say they talk to the neighbors but yet everyday it is the same thing over and over. Never had this many issues before living in different communities. The company does not even try to meet you in the middle for some sort of solution.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. If you are looking at Broadstone Olivine as an option for your new home - don’t. We scoured countless of apartments and fell in love with the way this property looked, but please don’t be fooled like we did because looks are incredibly deceiving. We had been promised many different things and were very disappointed when a lot of these promises were not met.
I have called and emailed this property, to view it, several times. I have had no response. Pretty bad since they aren’t even open yet. Drove by one time, couldn’t find a leasing office. Are they nice units, who knows? If someone gets back to me I will let ya know.
